Where’s my beer?

Ordered via itison. After weeks no beer. Asked for a delivery update no response. Contacted itison customer relations/complaints to sort it out. Still waiting for that outcome but not good at all.

Lovely gift

On the negative side I would say there was a lack of emails, I received one when my order was received but nothing afterwards, therefore I didn't know when it would arrive.
On the positive side, nice selection of beers and the glass was well wrapped. It is a gift for a friend and I'm sure they will enjoy.

The beers were good and customer service respnse excellent

The beers were very good - my husband really enjoyed them but two of the cans exploded and at least half the contents lost. When the company were made aware they got in touch right away and replaced not only the two cans which were faulty. They'd been aware of a specific batch fault and were super quick to remedy the problem- excellent customer service, highly recommend!

Great range of beers

Great tasting drinks but of the 12 cans I've opened so far, 8 of them have overflowed as soon as the cans were opened, I'm now opening them inside a big bowl so I don't waste any 😁
Ps - cans had been in the fridge for many many days before opening.

Glasgow Beer Works got back in touch after my review - great Customer Service !!
