My nails are so much stronger! It's easy to use, and I love the colours. The fact that you can do your own french tip that looks professional is amazing and so pretty!

Also customer service is fantastic, I had a couple small issues with delivery and online codes, and the service team helped me, replying within an hour (not days) and even gave me a free colour for my troubles!! Looove!

It’s taken me a few times doing it to be confident (so don’t expect perfect results first time!) but now I’m able to do a decent job of using these products and I now get compliments for the outcome which is very satisfying! My nails are longer, stronger and healthier than ever which is amazing. It is much harder/more time consuming to take off than I was expecting so don’t try to do it when you’re in a hurry. Also the colours aren’t named so I’ve started putting a blob of each on the lid so I know which one is which (they can be hard to tell apart in the pot)

I've really enjoyed starting my journey with Glamrdip. The colours are amazing, the process is well explained and relatively straight forward and I am loving the results. Looking forward to using this from now on!

This company have excellent customer service and went out of their way when I found the process trickier at the start. They gave me more advice and replaced some liquids that I’d contaminated for free. It didn’t take long after that to get the hang of it and I’ve saved so much money doing my nails like this. I’ve spent £120 in one year and have had beautiful nails non stop. I generally get around three weeks from each set but if one does chip or pop off it’s easy to re do and doesn’t cost more. It does take time to do but it’s way cheaper than other methods including the stickers I’ve seen from various companies. As they last so long and look lovely I don’t mind spending time every three weeks. I’ve got it down to about 1 hour 45 mins now! The only issue I have is the base and glow never last as long as the other liquids. With my last order I got a £25 gift so I used it to order some spare liquids. I’m a bit disappointed I didn’t get that this time so will have to pay for another base and glow. I find that after three months if I do this I can get six months before I need to do a bigger order!

I love the fact this product is free of the nasties most other nail products contain. Customer service is so helpful & will do all the can to sort any issues I was having with my manicure, including replacing product & gift vouchers for nail tips more suited to my nail shape. With issues sorted, my manicures are lasting brilliantly!

JUST WOW! 💖 I’m shocked with how clean they look, like salon quality from home! Even the top coat at the end only takes 3 minutes to fully dry… it blew me away! I wish I knew about this sooner!

I placed my order on 25th February, this was placed with a Shipping Method of Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. I understood this would mean delivery in around 3-5 days to allow time for processing. On 27th Feb I received an email with a tracking number to say they had dispatched the order to Royal Mail. 3 Weeks later there is no update, Royal Mail are still saying they are waiting to receive the order!

The first explanation for delay was a large backlog of orders, I was asked to rest assured and my order was on track to be dispatched that week (week ending 6th March). After no further update I was then told the reason for delay was out of stock items but they had arrived in stock on 9th March and again told my order has been dispatched. How can they tell me my order is still on track when it literally fell off the track after the first week of waiting. Their website is still saying ‘Free 2 Day Delivery UK’ but how is that possible when they can’t even get 3 week old deliveries out?

I am still waiting for my delivery! I have been offered a £9 gift voucher, a 10% refund and I am sure after the email I sent today they will offer me something else. I just want my order! What I was expecting to take a week at the most has now taken more than 3 weeks to even be received by the company making the delivery and it is unacceptable. Their advertisements are all over social media as to how great it all is, I am sure the product is wonderful but only if customers actually receive their goods.

The best mani yet! It’s packaged perfectly, equipped with what you need! Everything is quality and can tell made with care.
No more cancerous uv lights/products for me! This is all you need.

I was looking for a cheaper option than acrylic fills at the salon, so I did my research in this seemed like a good option. My order got damaged in transit, and the customer service was amazing when I contacted them. Then when I did my first Mani I reacted to the chemicals and when I contacted them to do a return, they sent me the sensitive line for free and it’s amazing! Customer for life! You just have to read the instructions and take your time

After a disastrous first attempt of bulbous fat nails, I replied to the team after receiving an email from them asking how I was going. Excellent reply came very quickly with heaps of step by step advice. With their detailed instructions, and video tutorials from YouTube my 2nd set was so much better. I still have quite a way to go but determined to get it right. I felt customer service was excellent. I didn't feel fobbed off like other places. Which gives you a feeling that they care.
I did have "flu dip" or hayfever after 1st attempt but 2nd time I wore a mask and had no reaction at all. So far I am extremely happy with product and company and I am a person that struggles with ordinary nail polish!

I recently did a test run with Glamrdip on my short nails. The application process was straightforward, but after completing the four recommended layers, the result felt quite thick on nails this short. Because of that, the finished look wasn’t as natural as I’d hoped.

I’ve removed it for now and plan to try again once my nails have grown out a bit more. I think it may work better with a little more length so the layers don’t build up as heavily. Looking forward to giving it another go when my nails are longer.

I wanted to like this product as i wanted to move on from Shellac. But i found it very difficult to apply and take off, despite following all instructions to the letter. I hated the result and found removing the product was a nightmare. I followed all instructions and used a bag of remover in rice and warm water for 20mins. The nail colour would not budge. I kept trying and it eventually took an hour which ruined my actual nails. I feel like I've wasted 80 euro as I can't use this kit again. Back to Shellac it is once my nails recover. Btw it also took nearly three weeks for the kit to arrive in the first place.

Update: I can't fault Glamrdip's customer service as they refunded me in full for the product due to my experience with it. Thanks to Patricia for her assistance with this.

I did not think this would work but its great. I am no way perfect yet but each time i do better. I have also done my toe nails over 2 werks ago and still going strong

Having tried a couple of other home kits before I was dubious because I never mastered them. I decided to try Glamrdip because the process looked quicker and easier, I’m pleased to say it is. If you follow their instructions you end up with a pretty good set of professional looking nails. Admittedly I’ve only used it once but the signs are there…. I’m impressed!!

I've been looking for a way to save money and, although this process has definitely had a learning curve, the product delivery was fast, it works as expected, and the community is exceptional.

I held off on this review until I had a few months of use under my belt and am now happy to recommend it!

The customer service is great, they are efficient in their responses and very friendly. I love the product and I've received so many compliments on my nails.

Product easier to apply than I had anticipated. Feels like a professional finish, three days on and it still looks amazing, no chips, or dullness, which is a first for me with home nail kits!

I received my package this morning and I’m absolutely loving the manicure—thank you so much! The colors are beautiful and I can’t wait to try all the amazing shades.

Although the delivery took a little over a month, the team was incredibly supportive throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure the package reached me successfully. They even added a few lovely freebies to the order, which was such a nice surprise.

This is definitely going to be worth the money on the long run and such a peace of mind knowing there are no nasties.
