A very successful scam operation. I booked anti-wrinkle injections via Groupon and even spoke to Izabella, the supposed 'practitioner' on the phone to confirm. I received a text the day before to remind. Showed up for my appointment, waited 15 minutes. No answer. Broken door buzzer. I rang and was sent to voicemail multiple times. No signage apart from what I presume to be their now defunct and dissolved past companies on the door. Seedy, dirty establishment which sent shivers down my spine. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. On checking Companies House, this company was forcefully dissolved however they continue their dishonest practices.

I booked an appointment in Jan and it has been cancelled by them 5 times for different reasons each time...short staffed, staff sickness, flooding to the clinic! They won't refund my deposit although they said they will. Now I can't get through to them and still waiting for a refund of £50. Don't know how often they do this.

Response to your comment....No. It is the correct clinic. I double checked before writing the review...same address and phone number I've been trying for months.

I paid a Deposit towards a treatment when I turned up for the appointment the clinic was closed, I have spoken to them and should of had a refund but even though been promised nothing received, I have now gone down the route of claiming back through my bank .
Avoid this company no customer service at all .

Smooth procedure. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much for making the whole procedure so smooth and stress free.
Initially I was very nervous about doing Botox and was worried that I will have side effects.
I had no side effects and had no issues at all.
Very happy with the results as it looks natural and I have no wrinkles on my forehead.

i had injectable treatment done by glamour Aesthetics and i am wrinkle free now and very happy with the service. i highly reccomend it, no side effects.
