Disappointing Experience with Glamly Returns
I recently purchased a dress from Glamly, but unfortunately, it had a faulty zip and items isn’t as described. In addition, the dress arrived in a damaged bag. I initiated a return request within the specified timeframe, but I've been waiting for a response for over a week. Despite multiple follow-ups, no response.
The lack of communication and resolution is disappointing, especially considering their return policy promised a hassle-free experience. As a customer, it's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't seem to prioritize customer satisfaction.
I hope Glamly takes steps to improve their customer service and return process. Until then, I would caution others to think twice before making a purchase.
