I genuinely wish I could give 0 stars.
This was not “just a ring” to us. This was the ring I proposed to the love of my life with — something carrying enormous emotional value and memories we will remember forever.
After only a few months of completely normal use, diamonds started falling out of the ring. We had the ring inspected by an independent jeweler, who concluded that the issue most likely came from the construction/setting itself — not misuse.
We even paid out of our own pocket to have multiple stones repaired and reset, simply because we wanted my fiancée to be able to continue wearing her engagement ring. Shortly after, yet another diamond fell out again.
The emotional stress and disappointment this has caused has honestly been awful. Watching such an important symbol literally fall apart has been heartbreaking for us.
What made this even worse was Glamira’s handling of the situation. Instead of taking responsibility, the process became long, exhausting, and incredibly frustrating. Communication felt dismissive and unhelpful, and we eventually had to escalate the matter through a Swedish consumer dispute authority (ARN), similar to ADR/European consumer complaint processes.
Even then, the experience became painfully drawn out due to Glamira’s lack of cooperation and complete lack of responsiveness, which ultimately led to the case being closed without resolution.
When you buy an engagement ring, you expect quality, reliability, and support if something goes wrong. Instead, we were left feeling ignored and forced into a stressful dispute over something that should never have happened in the first place.
Now I have to buy a new ring from somewhere else.
If you buy a ring from Glamira, do not expect the stones to stay in place. And definitely do not expect Glamira to be cooperative, accommodating, or willing to take responsibility when serious problems occur.
Glamira completely ruined what should have been one of the happiest and most meaningful moments of our lives.

I am satisfied with almost everything, except that the deadline was not met, but the jewelry did not arrive too late. Other than that, it is a wonderful piece, I have no complaints.

I would absolutely recommend this company. I love my earrings, the quality is amazing and the overall experience with the company was excellent. They kept me updated on the state of my order and when it arrived the packaging was great and my earrings were very well protected.

Ordering gold online was a big decision and I would have felt more comfortable in a high street jewelers shop. Having looked at a selection of jewellers, I wasn't convinced of the value for money and also wanted something a little bit different which was a struggle on the high street. I found the Glamira website which was easy to follow and modify the design to make the ring perfect. I decided to take a "risk" to order online but I needn't have worried as the ring arrived, beautifully packed and presented, exceptional quality and exactly as I hoped. I actually needed 2 identical rings, but ordered one first to check the quality, but I think I will now be ordering the second.

My experience with GLAMIRA has been extremely disappointing, especially considering the expectations associated with fine jewelry.
When I first received the ring, I immediately noticed that the jewelry did not look as presented in the photos on the website. However, because the security seal had already been removed while inspecting the item, I was informed that I was no longer eligible for a refund. I spent several days, almost two weeks, discussing the issue with customer support via email, but no satisfactory solution was offered.
Eventually, I decided to keep the ring and started wearing it. After only about one week of normal use, the center stone fell out due to weak prongs in the setting. This should never happen with a premium ring, especially one designed to hold a 1.5 ct stone.
The ring was sent back under warranty and repaired, but I requested either a replacement or credit because I no longer trust the structural integrity and durability of the ring. In my opinion, repairing weak prongs does not solve the underlying manufacturing issue.
Unfortunately, Glamira refused both a replacement and credit, insisting that the item was outside their return eligibility window, even though this is clearly a warranty and product quality issue, not simply a change-of-mind return.
Overall, this has been a very stressful and disappointing experience. I expected much better quality and customer support from a company selling premium jewelry.
Thank you for your response. It is interesting that the same apology for customers’ “disappointment and frustration” appears repeatedly throughout your Trustpilot reviews. When a company needs to use the same apology so often, it raises questions about the consistency of the customer experience being provided.

I bought my wife an infinity ring from "glamira.co.uk" for her 40th birthday. It was an 18 karat white gold ring with emeralds and she absolutely loved it at first. She only wore it on special occasions, probably around five times in total.
After just a couple of months, one of the emerald stones fell out. Considering the ring had barely been worn and was very expensive, this was really disappointing. I contacted customer service hoping they would help under warranty, but they refused because I had not purchased the additional extended warranty cover.
As a result, the ring has now just been sitting in a box ever since, unworn, which feels like a huge waste of money. For a luxury item at this price point, I do not think it should start falling apart after such little use.
Another issue is that the ring was shipped from Germany, and because there is no physical UK store nearby, getting support or repairs feels difficult and inconvenient. Looking back, I honestly wish I had gone with a British jewellery company instead.
