Great price compared to other recycle companies and very simple service. I chose to box myself and print the Freepost label then just drop it off. Phone was received and money was paid all within 3 days start to finish.

Really good service. Was quoted a price for a broken phone, did re offer once they received the phone but again was still happy. Payment made promptly.

This was my first time using the service of trading in an old iPhone I was no longer using. As the screen was damaged I checked online and Gizmo Recycle came top of the list.
I found the whole process so simple and hassle free. They even sent me a free post bag to send the phone to them.
A few days after posting the phone back I got a text and email to give me an update on the process. I received a text then on the day the phone was received and within a few hours, I got another text advising that the item had been checked and I would receive payment direct within 1 working day. Later the same day, the money was transferred into my PayPal.
Absolutely pain free and simple process with a fast efficient service to the end.
I will be using GizmoRecycle as much as I can. Thank you very much.

Fast and effective

Offer received for broken iPhone of c£80, then email received outlining lots of issues and a reduced offer of c£17. I declined and received notification my iPhone was being returned. Same day got notification c£17 was going to be paid into my bank account and next day it was. I emailed twice to ask for my iPhone back as I had declined offer, and for me to return the c£17. No response. No telephone to ring. I feel totally ripped off. As far as I’m concerned it’s theft. Do not trust this website as they do not return phones and offer massively reduced rate.

When obtaining online quote I said the phone was damaged so I didn’t expect the offer to be drastically lower. Went from £170 to £60

I got less than originally quoted but communication and payment were fair and prompt.

Got a message to say item received and email with quote then didn’t receive anything for a week after chasing they sent that message again and did update the quote and offered a lot less but it was broken so couldn’t of used it so accepted the quote

Really easy to send products and very fast response. I was kept up to date with emails and texts regarding the receipt of my phone and the next steps. A tracking system is available so you can view what step your phone is on and where your device is. A subsequent offer was made once my phone was reviewed by a technician, which was paid into my bank on the same day.

My only complaint would be that the price changed quite a lot once technicians test the device; some of this was based on slight cosmetic damage. This should be reflected when initially selecting the state of the device, as I selected “broken”.
