Our initial connection was a message from the owner saying he tried to make a donation on our website, but the page wasn't working. He then offered their services as a better solution. After checking the logs and activity on our site, this proved to be a scam. Everything was working correctly. What followed were multiple reach outs with the bait of an offer to donate to our organization when he "has a minute" but also, check out our giving platform. To use the guise of a heart to support an organization and its mission as a sales tactic is a dishonorable approach. I would not consider partnering with a financial institution that uses these types of dishonest tactics to secure business. So disappointing.
