Lost $300 funding a new giveaway

Here’s a review from the perspective of a giveaway creator:

We organized a $300 giveaway to promote a site, funding it with $300 worth of crypto. Unfortunately, the giveaway is still marked as "unpaid."

I've reached out to support multiple times and emailed them with the transaction ID, but I haven't received any response. Despite seeing that support is active and online, my requests have been completely ignored.

Attempting to use this platform cost us $300 and highlighted the lack of support. I wouldn't recommend it to other giveaway creators.
