I ordered a dress from them and they provided a delivery date. However it was shipped to an incorrect address to another state; they denied responsibility and refused to reship to the correct address. They refused to issue a refund as well.

Customer service is very poor, inappropriate, and embarrassing.

Paid a lot of money for a purse I never received. They gave me a false tracking number, which always read "not found" so PayPal dismissed my claim, so now Im out 60 dollars. Going by GIUGUNTY now, do not buy from them.

I paid tons of money for a dress that I never received! It's been almost 4 months. The company does not want to help with my case at all. Didn't even apologize, not offering a new delivery or a refund in any way. Stay away from this website. You'll do yourself a favour.

Bought 2 dresses that are cheap and tacky. I want to return them and they won't let me get my money back. Please don't buy from this site. 7 emails later they responded with no help what so ever. Absolutely shocking service. I want my money back and will be taking this further. 0* is my review....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSHOP!

Dress didn’t match the picture and the size was off. Emailed them straight after the receipt of the dress. Have been emailing back and forth now for days (since you have to contact them and ask for the nearest return address). Instead off the address I’m receiving all kinds of warnings on how expensive the return will be (as you have to return it at your own costs) how I need to bear the additional fees in mind when the return package will be damaged during transport etc.
In total (including shipping) I paid eur 50 for the dress and this will increase with the cost of the return if I will even ever get a refund from them!

The product does not match the photo!!!
They don't want to provide a return address.

This company does not advertise products as they are. When my dress arrived, it was a different length, material and shape than was shown on the pictures. There was a lot of gaslighting and back and fourth with their customer services for a refund which I didn't go through with in the end due to the high return charge, don't waste your time or money!

SCAM. Don't waste your time. They refuse to refund anything. Awful company.

I ordered a beautiful dress in photos and videos, horrible in real life.
the color ... the material of the straps stings like needles.

I ordered a dress and it did not fit right. I emailed trying to return it and after 10 emails back and forth this was the end result “Hello, maybe you can try to take care of the received product first, it will be more beautiful, because after the package is sent out, we can’t take care of it, and wrinkles may be formed during the transportation process and affect the wearing effect. Our material The best technology is used, and the washing and maintenance methods of each fabric are different.” My complaint was not about wrinkles. The person was so rude and it looks like I’m out $45. Do yourself a favor and order from a different site that is actually legit. Horrible experience I will never order from them again.

Bought a dress … nothing is as in the ad .. looks like a cheap lookalike with holes. Company responds in a stupid way .. the are a total froude … do not buy here!!!

I have never posted a review before but I am so angry with this company I have had to so something. I have just read through a couple of reviews and wish I had done this before I ordered from this company.

I bought a dress, which took ages to arrive. When it did it looked nothing like what I had ordered. I emailed for a refund and the customer services team asked for a photo of my 'upper body'. I was then told to 'take care of the item' as items can be damaged in transit. No amount of washing and ironing would magically change the dress into what I had ordered.

After nearly 3 weeks of emails they have said I can have a refund but I have to pay for the shipping (which is more than I paid for the dress) and that if it is damaged in transit I won't get my money back. They are obviously going to say it has been damaged. I am so annoyed with this company they are using fake photographs to sell items!

I am also finding it difficult to understand how this company has any positive reviews - when all of the negative ones detail the exact same problem. Are they also posting fake reviews on here?

I have also posted a review on their Facebook page. They removed it and disabled the comments.

A complete scam. The dresses look nothing like the pictures. They are so cheap poorly made and uncomfortable. Took over a month to get to me. The website says items can be returned in 14 days so I emailed for the address to return to and they asked for pictures of me in the dress and they refuse to give me the return address for a refund. Now they are stringing me along and stalling so I miss the 14 day window. Do not waste your time or money. The dresses look bad and the company is a scam and will not let you return for a refund.

I am so unhappy with everything!!! First, the shipping took super long. Second, the dress looked NOTHING like the pictures. You can totally see through the fabrics and what has the customer service say when I want to return it?!

First, they want pictures of my body?!?!

And then, they are waisting time so that the 14 days for a return are over.

Useless to say that the last point I'm super unhappy with and what frustrates me is the customer service (by the way, these are the original messages - no goodbye, no politeness).

I don't know what to do, payed around 50 bucks for the dress and I really want my money back!!!

This website is fraud. It is the worst service I have ever experienced.
They made me feel so bad after I decided I no longer wanted a dress that they send me, since I recieved it way after the deadline they have guaranteed. A month later! A month later I got the dress! No matching color! When I tried to explain to them my frustration from the whole experience they made fun of my emails literally! Making it looks like they are clarifying what my problem was but only making me explain myself one hundred times without any empathy about their messed up service. The emails kept going back and forth but I kept asking them for address to return and they never answered properly. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever been through shopping online.
I will attach the emails to let you see how bad luck it is to make an order from this website. No wonder they have low rating reviews.
I am shocked of the way their service is. I wonder if this is even a real existing compnay
