Damaged order and no customer service

The order was received damaged and incomplete, of course can happen occassionaly, however when reaching out to customer service they are unwelwilling to make a replacement or assist in returning the items...

Therefore got stuck with damaged goods and a customer service that just won't respond anymore when they are asked to make the replacement or return order.

First and last time I've ordered at this company which proven to be very unreliable.

Don't believe this perfume company!! i order from directly gisada.com website. my order came from dubai. it was fake Gisada Ambassador (When I put the perfume box next to the original, it was noticeable and the scent disappeared after 1-2 minutes.) i sent all proof to this company in Switzerland. they wrote me sorry for that(((. They don't care about customers! As a long-term user of this perfume, I do not recommend it.

gisada

I can only speak as I find,I know other reviewers have had bad experience with this company but my experience is a o/k, Just received my gisada fragrance virals on 17/10 /25 it said on site delivered between 17-20th Oct, first time I've used this company so far no problems, we will see if they are as bad as a lot of people say they are. Ordered and delivered in three days and packaged well they gave me a date when they will be delivered infact they came on the first date so no complaints. I'll order again from them to see if they come up to expectations if they don't then I'll give another review..

Firstly, I’d say avoid this company like the plague! Their customer service is abysmal. I purchased a fragrance that turned out to be defective, with a faulty atomiser, rendering it useless. Within the 14-day return period, I requested a return, but Gisada completely ignored me. I sent 4 follow-up emails and even reached out to them on Tik Tok, and not a single response. It's unbelievable that a company could be so unresponsive.

I was well within my legal rights to return the product in 14 days, but Gisada seemed to disregard that entirely. It was only when I escalated the issue with AMEX that I received a refund. It's clear that Gisada prioritises sales over customer satisfaction.

To anyone considering buying from Gisada directly, don't waste your time. Their customer service is inefficient, and you'll be left frustrated and out of pocket. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere like on Amazon. Until Gisada revamps their customer service, I'd advise everyone to steer clear in dealing with them directly.

Really nice smelling fragrance

Really nice smelling, good quality fragrance. When I opened the package I found the bottle had been leaking during transport so I contacted customer support. An agent called Dibran was very polite and helpful and arranged for a replacement to be sent. Replacement has been delivered and I am very happy with the purchase.

I’ve ordered cologne and it arrived the…

I’ve ordered cologne and it arrived the day after Christmas. Now I’ve been trying to process a return with them for the past few days and the only response I get is their return policy information. The only contact they have is an email and they only respond at 2 a.m. and 3 a.m..Horrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying from them unless they are okay with making a permanent purchase. I wish I could give 0 stars as a rating.

Horrible customer support and communication!!!!

For the past two month my organization is trying to reach Gisada to place an order. The communication from their side is just terrible.

Almost impossible to reach sales team by phone or over the email. For weeks we are waiting for reply. The last conversation I had with them sales manager literally told me to "p*ss off" - which tells me everything about how the customer is being looked at.

If you would look at linked in and google reviews there are plenty of similar examples where people treated the same way.

This is unacceptable.
