Do not buy from this company.
I bought an anti choking device for when kids choke on food. It came but clearly is not fit for purpose. If we ever needed it it would be useless. Obviously a cheap imitation of the real thing. I am now trying to get a refund and is proving impossible. I would recommend not buying from this company. They take your money and run.

Do NOT buy from this company. I bought 2 lamps, one arrived quickly. The other took 7 weeks & a lot of chasing. Eventually it arrived, by which time I had bought another lamp instead as I was fed up if waiting. They have refused to allow me to send it back & refund. What 21st century company behaves like that? I am appalled by their customer service. Steer clear.

I am still waiting for my refund. I removed my original review in good faith as you emailed to say that my refund would be made ASAP if I removed my negative review which I did It is now over 8 weeks since my original request for a refund and I think your service standards are appalling. I would advise future customers to avoid buying from your company

Poor communication, scam!
Poor communication, contacted via email about the order status and called the number on the website and it's straight to voice mail. Tracking has not moved for 5 days and it says it has yet to be picked up by the carrier.
Avoid! I will probably never receive the item or get a refund.
