Ordered a year’s sub for my daughter today (mid-December). It claimed it came with a free digital download of what was supposed to be the latest issue (Dec/Jan) as stated and shown via pic of that issue’s cover when signing up. What we got instead was the Oct/Nov fall issue. Why would my daughter want this outdated issue as opposed to the seasonally appropriate one? Checked our account’s digital library and Dec/Jan is nowhere to be found even though it’s been out for weeks. Thanks a lot I guess? Not a great start.

Never shipped my item, and now the website is no longer working

This website is a scam. My dress never arrived to prom - it wasn't even received by delivery services even though they claimed the package was shipped out. I had to get a refund from Paypal, don't waste your time and money besties!

I ordered three dresses, totaling $71.97 on March 24. I felt comfortable ordering because they had a "trust pilot" logo on their website. I received an order confirmation email that the items would arrive between 3-7 business days. I reached out to the company after 10 days via email and online chat and did not receive a reply. It is April 28 and I have never received the items, nor have I heard from the company. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Paypal since I never received the items. This site is not reliable as they never deliver the products and they do not communicate with you, after confirming your order. They take your money, but never fulfill the order.

If I could give these ZERO stars then I would! It's a SCAM. Found a designer dress, ordered it...never received shipping info. They "guaranteed" it to me by a certain date, date came and went. I could NOT get anyone to return communication with me. The "owner" finally called and Apologized profusely, and "promised" me he would "personally see that it shipped out next day". NEVER happened!!!! I emailed the designer brands they are claiming to sell, and they informed me they are actually filing charges against this company! They are NOT an authorized retailer and do NOT even have permission to use the photos etc.
I called and told them I reported their company to the econsumer.gov. I told them I wanted a refund. The amount of times/effort it took me to get it is insane! "Owner" has text says they are trying to find the dress and they'll still send it out. No one is taking accountability for anything! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.
UPDATE: May 4th, they also made a fraudulent refund to me. I am in the process of getting my money back from my bank. I have went on ANY AND ALL social medias they have and left bad reviews/warning comments. They immediately delete them! 🤨
