We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, but we want to clarify that we are *absolutely not* a scam. We are a legitimate small business with thousands of happy customers, and we take every order and concern very seriously.
According to our records, your package was marked as returned to sender by the postal service due to an address error that was entered during checkout. Unfortunately, we never received the returned item. Had you contacted us at the time (as most of our customers do in case they have any trouble with the delivery) we would have gladly:
1. Investigated the issue with Canada Post, and
2. Sent out a replacement at no extra cost.
Instead, we only found out about your issue months later through this public review. We even reached out after seeing your post, hoping to resolve the situation, but received no response.
We work extremely hard to deliver quality service and always do our best to make things right when given the opportunity. It’s disappointing to be publicly criticized without being given that chance.
We’re still happy to work with you on a solution, so please feel free to reach out directly so we can help.

I ordered a folklore hat there recently and everythings great :) . Quality is good and shipping is quite fast. I ordered it on 10 september and got it on 19 :) I recommend :)

A total scam
A total scam. Ordered a cap in mid July. Until today Sept 18, it was not delivered and the owner stopped responding to my follow ups. They also do not give refunds. Do not fall into the trap and avoid transacting with this shop.

Really poor quality
I ordered the Taylor’s version t-shirt in white and it looks completely different to the photo on the website. The photo on the website has a really nice very bright white t-shirt with what looks like a professionally printed black writing. The t-shirt also looks like it would be solid white. What i received was a very poor quality whiteish t-shirt with a kind of grey/ very light black stamp on the top which was not done very well. This is definitely not what I would have expected for a t-shirt that was €26. I wanted to wear it to the Taylor Swift concert but back to the drawing board.
