The black jacket is a nice look and great for the cool weather I got the ordered with two weeks on this site really I like very much.

This company should be shut down they operate like a chop shop / swap meet ! I ordered a suit in which the sizes are nowhere close to what is advertised, they are imported from China and then shipped from somewhere in the U.S. they say Las Vegas most likely so people don’t think they are getting imported trash. This suit wouldn’t fit my 15 year old nephew, the quality is crap. Then once I emailed they the day I got it, they told me there were no exchanges and if I wanted a refund I would have to pay the return fee which would need to ship to China / international shipping which could possibly be more than the item itself. Talk about the classic snake oil salesman, this company is a total con no customer service alive. Made to tip people off I’ve contacted the better business bureau and Paypal a claim has already been put in place and I truly hope they are investigated ASAP. Do not buy from them waste of time and money.

Absolutely horrible experience. Parcel never arrived. I requested they try again but they kept reiterating that I in fact HAD received the parcel, which I did not. It's been TWO MONTHS since I ordered from their website. It takes them weeks to reply to an email and when they do, it's to fill in some bogus form of which none of the described scenarios apply to me.

Don't order anything from them. Worst customer experience I've ever encountered. Oh - and I have not received a refund and am skeptic that I am going to.

Total scam ordered a jacket been two months still nothing and tracking number is a fake total joke do not order from them thank god I used pay pal so at least I’ll be able to get my money back

This company is a scam. I ordered three items from them. 3 weeks later i received one of the items. It was about 3 sizes too small. I am a man's medium. It was way too small. I give it to my 15 year old son who is a man's small to try on, and it was two sizes too small for him. The material was thin and cheap. The ad made it look very nice. It wasn't. it was crap. The company reps eventually reimbursed me for two of the items. When I tried to ship the item that was sent to me back to them, it was going to cost me $40 to ship back to China. The company offered me 25% refund. So, basic gist: Their scam is to manufacture cheap stuff and make their money on each sale by refunding only 25% of the item.

Have ordered a Jackett and did already execute the payment but after more than 2 Month nothing received. There updates and informations about your order are a disaster as well. Can only advice to all not to order from Gio Voss as this is the most terrible experience I ever had.

This is the worst company I've ever deal with me. The company should be stop before they do more harm to customers. I can't believed this. I order clothes which I find out is a wrong size . They promised to refund 18% of the cost price for me to keep the clothes which I don't want.
I need a refund for me to place a new order with the correct size.
They're cowboys in business. I will take to social media to make sure they closed down. I'm even sure they do read their review

Fraud and scam! Stay far away from this ridicolus company. I ordered a jacket 2 months ago, and getting nothing but auto response. I have sent many emails.
Totally unprofessional, and 100% lack of customers service!

It's a scam for sure. As they have not even communicated after placing the order. They just deducted money and sure shot frauds. Have sent them many mails. But no reply. Need a police action against them.

You only have seven days to return the faulty item and they won't even refund you, they will just send you your order again. Absolute disgrace and a pure con. DO NOT ORDER FROM GIOVOSS. They also use different names for the same dodgy website so be careful.

It's a scam. I'm mad that the rating for them is not one start on this website. I had ordered an XL winter jacket but what I received probably was adult small. Their products are poor, and then they reap you off in addition to having only 25% return policy.

Worst experience ever such a huge scam it is I order my product 2 months back but haven’t received any update on it. Even after writing to them there has not been any helpful revert and after reading the reviews I have lost all the hopes of receiving it. I am filing a charge back and a complaint with my credit card company hoping that they will be able to figure out the account to which the payment has been made and I can file a legal complaint against these frauds

Bought few items from them on the 21 January 2017 and I am yet to receive any feedback.

Not sure what to make out of this.
