VX4 Wired Controller Review

Avoid the VX4 Wired controller or anything else from this company. For a controller that costs around €65, the quality is shockingly bad. The build feels extremely cheap, and the controls barely register correctly in most games. The biggest red flag is that it’s recognized as an Xbox 360 controller, even though it is advertised as a PlayStation 4 controller meant for PC use. I even tested it on a verified gamepad testing website, and it confirmed the same issue it identifies as an Xbox 360 controller. To make matters worse, the packaging arrived in awful condition. It was torn, taped up, and marked all over. It genuinely looked like it had already been used or returned before. For the price I paid, this experience is unacceptable. If I could give this product –5 stars, I absolutely would. This is one of the worst purchases I’ve made. Save your money and stay far away from this brand.

I can't believe that I have finally found a honest answer trustworthy online casino that actually rewards the players and doesn't have some high wager requirements. Has tons of game selections u will find what you want to play. So come on an check it out you won't regret it.

Crap customer service.

Bought a controller directly from this company. When it arrived it was faulty. I informed them straight away. Two weeks later I am still waiting for them to send the return information so I can get my money back.

TX70 RF not charging

I have used the TX70 RF for a few months until it randomly began to stop working and just died while I was using them, I've been trying to fix them for a good amount of time but they are not charging whatsoever.

I ordered a controller from Gioteck on 7th January 2023 apparently it was despatched to EVRI but has not been delivered and am unable to contact Gioteck, no response to emails.

xbox series X rechargeable…

Received the xbox series X rechargeable battery pack for christmas. The battery seemed to get a little hot during charging so I emailed them with this concern. Within a few hours they responded and without hesitation offered to replace the item free of charge. Very good customer support/after care and a very pleasant experience dealing with them.

I purchased a VX-4 wireless controller

I purchased a VX-4 wireless controller, which unfortunately had one of the triggers damaged when I took it into hospital on one of my regular stays, to use with my laptop to keep me sane.

Anyway I emailed support about possibly getting a replacement R2 trigger, they replied once asking me what happened to it within a few hours. However; I have now written to them twice via email following this first contact and they have since totally ignored me! It’s not even as though I’m trying to get one for free as I would happily have paid due to fact I looked elsewhere first but cannot buy a replacement anywhere!

Very bad Customer Service unlike one of their competitors (the one starting with a v), who bend over backwards to help you. Won’t be buying any of their kit again after this experience!

Wireless Controller

Wireless Controller, used it for 5 times and stopped to connect, update the firmware in there website still didn’t work! Got in touch with them to be told that I should send the original receipt instead of my bank statement showing the proof of purchase. Lose my money, wasted my time and got my son frustrated. Save time of your life and just be away from this company!

Great customer service

Recently snapped the dongle for my son's TX70 wireless headphones which rendered them useless. Spoke with customer service who supplied a replacement free of charge including postage. Great headphones and with customer service like that I'd definitely buy from them in the future.thanks Gioteck.

Disgustingly bad

Disgustingly bad. Bought a PS4 controller and it came with a major drifting problem from the thumb sticks. Then the triggers broke out with no real pressure. Don’t waste your money on this terrible scamming company!!!!

Terrible customer service+replacement service

Terrible customer service. It seems poor Brandon has to answer all queries, repair and deliver all replacements himself, presumably by riding a tortoise to customers addresses,lol. Otherwise how can it take so long to get a replacement for a faulty controller. Ive been waiting over a month and chased regulary only to be fobbed off each time with "its been passed to delivery team and will be there in 6 days". Judging by others comments they are just after your money for the initial sale and not botherd about their reputation and aftersales. Ive even got in touch with the online reviewer who has 1/4 million subscribers and told him to mention "good luck if it goes faulty though"on future reviews. Emailing giotek support either gets no response or another lie/fob off! Im also contacting Argos, where I bought mine to request their head buyer looks into reviews of Gioteks aftersales service or lack of and requesting they stop selling these controllers and headsets as they are obviously sub-standard with no customer service when the items inevitably go faulty. Faults happen but when they do they should be replaced quickly to reinstate confidence in the company/products but Giotek dont care once they have your money.

Customer support is woeful

Bought a wireless controller for ps4 and it suddenly decides to stop charging. Contacted support who ignored me until I messaged them on twitter. Sent all my proof and was told a replacement would be sent in 6 working days. Nothing. Then told there was a delay and it would definitely be here the following Tuesday/Wednesday. Well surprise surprise it's Wednesday and still no replacement. The only contact is from Brandon but still no replacement.

Bought a WX4 Wireless controller, which didn’t charge right out the box. Tried to contact them using there website but no answer, not even an acknowledgment email to say they received my query. There’s no other way to contact them. I’ve now tried to contact them numerous times with no answer. I’ve now sent a complaints email as per conversation from Trading Standards to start their complaints procedure to resolve the faulty controller issue. Awaiting a reply! I wish I saw these reviews before buying from Gioteck. It’s not helping so much with my mental health, it is something I don’t need ☹️

Terrible had multiple items off of them…

Terrible had multiple items off of them from thumb grips to headsets thumbgripa recently have all been faulty sniper xbox ones and when emails about their poor product quality they simply responded that they don't have any so they can't help

Waiting replacement

Hi, i have sent a number of emails regarding faulty headset. Was told by Brandon i was eligible for replacement and they would be sent within 6 days which I thought "wow, great service" that was on 2nd June and am still waiting. I have sent numerous emails since and had no reply. I have one disappointed son who spent his birthday money on them. Please respond!!

Crap

I bought a headset from Argos which states that their compatible with Nintendo switch. Plugged in and getting sound through headphones but the Nintendo isn’t recognising the mic. All settings are configured correctly just a crappy product! Will return for a refund
