Returned the item, didn't get a refund
This is the worst shopping experience ever. I ordered a robe, it was on sale. I received terrible quality item with crooked seams and crooked lace.
I paid 155 NZD for it, including $14 shipping. Then I wrote to customer support, and also attached photos. They replied me that they wouldn’t issue a return. Then I threatened to complain to the ACCC. They immediately wrote that I could return it at my own expense. I spent $23 on shipping and waited two weeks for a refund and received nothing. And they still haven’t responded to me.
