I ordered a pearl necklace and pearl earrings. Whilst the items seem lovely quality they just don’t suit me. I’m having an absolute nightmare with their customer services trying to return the items. I’ve now contacted them three times and still no response. Whilst the products seem nice, it’s not worth the hassle if they don’t suit you. If they continue to ignore the request I’ll have to pursue the return via the banks. Def more hassle than it’s worth.

I had custom earrings made for my wedding. I live in Australia so all communications and the design process was done via email. Firstly, the customer service was truly wonderful! The design team and consultant really went above and beyond. They were extremely patient and because we had so much time on our hands, they actually sourced a very specific pair of pearls that I wanted. Once delivered, the quality of my earrings were absolutely amazing and came out exactly like the paper designs I approved. I would 1000% work with Gingiberi again on custom designs and purchase their ready to wear items too! Thank you Gingiberi for making this experience so luxurious, memorable and special!

I ordered the Orlena ring. It is very beautiful. The representative was very kind and helpful. She make sure the pearls are good quality before sending them. I love the ring!

I purchased a pair of their gorgeous "wishes" earrings after seeing them online in August 2023 and had been really impressed with the quality, craftsmanship and customer service.
A few months ago I sadly lost one of the hoops when I was wearing them without the pearls. I contacted Gingiberri on the off chance that they might consider selling me just the one replacement hoop to save me having to re-buy the four piece set again and to my complete amazement they sent me a replacement set of hoops for free which I thought was unbelievably kind. They really went above and beyond for me and I cant endorse them enough.

I placed the order on 06AUG, received my purchase on 08AUG! very impressive on the speedy delivery.

The product I order is " Gourd 5.5-6mm/7.5-8mm ". It comes with a well protective package. The necklace itself looks exactly like the pictures online. It is very pretty. Totally worth the price.

From my recent experiences, I placed 2 orders. The 1st order had no issue but the 2nd order, the product didn’t look good on me (clips earrings didn’t sit on my earlobes properly). I contacted customer service, Callie has provided prompt response and made the return satisfactory. Will purchase more in the future. Thanks Callie for making me trust on online purchases.

In the beginning, I wasn’t sure if this brand was reputable as I’ve never heard of it before. I’ve ordered time and time again for myself and gifts for my family and delivery was seamless and by seamless, I mean quick. You’re updated throughout the process.

The gift packaging was so nice, and I felt proud handing it to people as gifts. It just feels luxurious to me with bag included, tissue paper, paperwork, ribbons/bow.

What stood out to me the most is the responsiveness of customer service when I reached out to them. There are brands I love, but if customer service is bad, I will refuse to purchase anymore because it sours the experience and creates distrust. I reached out about getting a duties charge and as stated on the website, I emailed Gingiberi and they gave me a refund for the duties. So kind, easy, and friendly to work with. I highly recommend.

Lastly, the jewelry is very beautiful.

I ordered the honeymoon duo earrings (saw them on Lydia Millen’s Vlog) and received them on the 28th of May. While they arrived in great condition and were beautifully made, one of the pair of earrings’ bigger pearl fell off the backing screw just a bit more than three weeks later. Needless to say, I was disappointed even more so since I’ve used them sparingly.
I reached out to the After-sales Team who responded swiftly and proactively. I was given replacement or refund options. I took the latter, shipped the pearls back for free and got my refund within two days.

I hope Gingiberi will take my experience as an opportunity to improve the quality of their product. I found their designs beautiful and their after-sales team is excellent.

I really love Gingiberi. I already own 2 pearl neclaces from them. One off them have a very pink tone and hue and Gingiberris team was so kind to find a pearl bracelet that match my pink pearl perfect. I am so happy they took the time to help me. The service was so nice and helpfull and I got a refund from the taxes to Denmark.

I was delighted with both my necklace and bracelet which I purchased in January and have worn many times since then. The items arrived beautifully packaged and felt quite luxurious. The are very pretty and delicate and just what I wanted. However, I managed to break the bracelet chain whilst out shopping but on emailing the company to ask about a repair I was delighted to receive a response from Callie the following day. She then dealt with the problem both promptly and efficiently and I was delighted with the outcome. I’m always very apprehensive ordering online from a company I’ve not heard of before, but I can honestly say I will have no hesitation in ordering again as I thoroughly recommend them. Such efficient and polite customer service seems quite rare these days so thank you Callie!
