Surprisingly good!

As an experienced trainer, I wasn’t particularly looking forward to the Counter Balance Training. Health and Safety topics, while essential, can sometimes be challenging to engage a group with, often feeling dry or even tedious.

However, I was genuinely pleased with how Steve not only covered all the critical points but did so in a way that was personal, engaging, and thought-provoking. His expertise and skill in both the subject matter and training delivery were unmistakable. Highly recommended!

When your trainer goes above and beyond to make sure your candidate makes the course by rescuing him from a broken down vehicle that's 5* service and also a solid day's training !
