Her jewellery is outstanding and priced fairly.
Liv manages to find some unique pieces of jewellery, that can be hard to resist.
I recently bought a cute little bracelet and I had a problem once I received it, Liv dealt with it straight away no questions asked, she made me feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble. the bracelet was repaired and returned within a few days, with postage paid for.

I have bought a wonderful assortment of antique and vintage jewelry from Liv at Gilded Ferret. She's rare in the industry: knowledgable, patient, resourceful and kind. And being a second generation in the trade, all of Liv's pieces are authentic, in good condition and hall marked and if they are not, she is honest and transparent about it. Liv has become a good friend and she goes out of her way to help you. For instance, when I wanted to buy an anchor charm, she will source for you different shapes and sizes so that you collection of these charms hang beautifully on your charm holder or dog clip. You don't get that kind of experience anywhere else.

I’ve gotten 2 chains and a bracelet from Liv, all of which have been phenomenal items. What really stands out about my experience is the amazing customer service. Liv is always quick to respond, provides full details/pictures about the item, and is a delight to talk to! She was even patient with and kind to me when my bank transfer unexpectedly took a week to come through. Thanks for everything, Liv!!

The chain I purchased was exactly what I was looking for - I love it! It is exactly as shown on the listing. Liv was great to work with. She was friendly, helpful, and shared lots of info on the piece when I asked about it with zero pressure, and was open to finding a payment method that worked for both of us. She has a great eye for finding excellent pieces at a really accessible price point. She’s knowledgeable, responsive and as I said earlier has a great eye for finding amazing pieces that are true work horses. My first chain purchase is one of my most versatile chains that goes with all my pendants that I have collected so far.
