Absolutely horrible clothing. I did not like the cheap material nor the way it was put together. My order was totally wrong when it arrived. I ordered 5 items and received 2 that I ordered. The other 3 items I didn’t even order. Will never buy from them again.
Just wanted to inject a note of positivity as my recent experience with Gilaine has been brilliant! I placed an order for 2 pairs of jeans which arrived within 3 days with full tracking details easily accessible.
Sadly I had to return both pairs due to sizing. Again, no problems - I booked a return with dhl and my order was collected the same day. I received a full refund a week later.
