We bought a sweater a sweater for our daughter and never received it. We got news that they send it to us, but never proof. They hardly react, we lost our money and never received a product.
I bought a sweater at the beginning of december. Now (beginning of feb) I still haven't got it. When I mailed after a few weeks with the question whether this was just an ordinary theft, the salesperson just became angry. Since the I do get an occasional message that the item is in transit but nothing is deliverd. Meanwhile the winter is almost over and there's no need for an extra sweater since the winter is almost over.
Update feb 17th: last message is that she's not able to open my mail and the phonenumber does not work...
I have bought from them 1 week ago and I’ve not gotten any emails or messages, I’ve contacted them on email, TikTok and their website. Its completely unacceptable that they doesn’t say anything.
