I strongly advise against buying tickets through
My girlfriend gave me a birthday present and bought a ticket for the Atalanta Bergamo vs Inter Mediolan match. The tickets were paid for, and we also covered the costs of accommodation and flights. We showed up at the stadium, but unfortunately the tickets turned out to be useless. We were not allowed to enter.
I asked to speak with the person managing the venue, and we went together to check our two seats. It turned out that they were already occupied by other people. We were scammed through the Gigsberg platform. I don’t know whether it was directly their fault or the seller’s, but for us that makes no difference. Gigsberg.com should ensure that when customers pay honestly for tickets, they can actually use them.
We exchanged emails with a Gigsberg representative, but they were unwilling to help us in any way. I have screenshots of the conversations and an email from the stadium manager.
Be careful with gigsberg.com — they are not trustworthy. If anyone wants proof, I can provide it.
Once again, avoid this platform!!!

Gigsberg ripped me off. I bought a ticket from their platform and it turns out that the stage for the concert representation was given wrong. I bought a ticket for more money on an awful seat. And I realised this within one hour but Gigsberg refuse to refund me.

I recently bought event tickets from Gigsberg and had a great experience. The whole process was quick and straightforward, much easier than purchasing directly through Ticketmaster. My tickets were transferred to my Ticketmaster account smoothly and without any hassle. On top of that, their customer service was excellent — responsive, helpful, and professional. I’d definitely use Gigsberg again for future events!

My order was cancelled by Gigsberg, but my payment has still not been refunded. I provided all requested documents and fully cooperated with their verification process. Despite this, I have not received my money back, and they are no longer responding to my emails or follow-up requests. The worst experience I have ever had by far.

The concert tickets I'd ordered for early March were not accessible to me online and they responded within just a few hours with an alternative solution via Eventim (including detailed explanation for accessing it there).

Bought a ticket in a specific section of a stadium so we could seat a group together, and gigsberg contacted me to try and give me another seat after “unforeseen circumstances” meant the ticket I bought was no longer available.
I believe the ticket never existed. Beware the bait and switch.
Gigsberg is now refusing to refund me. They say sales are final and they only refund if they don’t deliver. Well - they haven’t delivered…

Bought tickets months in advance of a gig. Was emailed by Gigsberg a couple of weeks before date of seat details. Turned up at gig and was informed that the tickets were invalid as no barcode and seats already occupied by valid ticket holders.
Gigsberg Customer service unavailable on the night. Made claim via credit card company. Gigsberg Customer service actively hostile response to our request for a refund.
Always hiding behind corporate BS. Use language that a lawyer would be challenged to understand.
Basically in my opinion they couldn't careless once they have your money.
We will never use them again and can't recommend them in any shape or form. Thank heavens for the credit card company who accepted our claim with literally no hassle.

I had entered a wrong email and Gigsberg contacted me regarding the issue. In 30 minutes the ordeal was resolved, on a sunday! The person helping me through WhatsApp was a pleasure to discuss with and things went smoothly. Overall a great experience, let's hope all goes well from here on out!
