We booked tickets with Gigsberg for a concert in Amsterdam and from enquiring to receiving the tickets in June 2025 the communication was excellent.
As of todays date we received an E mail from Gigsberg checking we had received the tickets and giving us details of how to get to the arena etc.

Ordered tickets a s a gift for my parents, read in a differemt review that they might only get delivered a couple days before the preformance. The tickets never arrived, and contacting support was pretty much useless, did not recieve a refund. 600 euros wasted.
Edit: my refund was supposed to be processed MONTHS ago

At first I was suspicious of the fact that my tickets will not be provided directly by Gigsberg, but the experience turned out to be very smooth and easy. I got my tickets through an app about a week after my purchase.
But to make sure everything was okay, the fullfilment team from Gigsberg has reached out to make sure I got my tickets and confirm I received them. That was very nice!

CORPORATE VEIL RE THIRD PARTY LIABILITY AND GROSS LACK OF TRANSPARENCY RE DIRECTOR CONTACT DETAILS
My grandson who is under the legal age of consent & autistic managed to by tickets via my credit card for the World Cup 2026. Seeing my huge credit card cost of c£4,20O i asked Gigsberg to cancel the transaction at once with my daughter explaining the background as to how this had happened. gigsberg seem to operating under a legal veil saying they are only a third party. They will not provide a Director contact or email - so much for transparency, treating disabled / mentally disadvantaged people with respect. As well as my grandson disadvantage I am also in very ill health with various comorbidities, housebound and in late 79’s. They know all this & still don’t allow me to have a director contact to speak with. I filed a complaint with Resolver just before Christmas but nothing back yet. So a very frugal Christmas for me with a £4200 bill! Furthermore. having read the reviews, it appears that when issues arise such as VM last minute ticket let downs then Gigsberg lacks any genuine concern for the disadvantaged/disabled .purchasersMy grandson probably can’t even travel to states as there’s no certainty ticket sale until last minute or fraud.

Beware – we purchased 8 tickets to the EPL match between Brighton and Aston Villa - 30 minutes before game time all 8 tickets were denied – a letter was given to me by the Brighton ticket office, saying that the tickets were fraudulent, and that EPL matches in most stadiums do not recognize third-party tickets – something this company did not make aware to us! There was a contact person on WhatsApp, but very difficult to work it out on a chat site after being denied and so close to game time!On top of all this, they refuse to reimburse for our losses – they are disgrace to the industry!

This company have a fantastic customer service team. I stupidly put my email address in wrong when buying some tickets, I emailed them at around 12am after realising my mistake, to which they replied shortly after, and by morning my email address had been sorted!! I then emailed again a couple of weeks later as the seller sent them to the email I had originally put in, to which they sorted it immediately for me and put my mind at ease. Have bought from this site a few times and definitely recommend!
