Great Experience
We bought tix for a concert overseas (Ireland), but accidentally placed two orders for one ticket each. One came, but the other did not, just a few days before the show. I emailed the company and they not only responded immediately saying that they might be a day or two later, but also later followed up both by email and by phone to ensure we received them. Perfect service!

Order was short-term and everything went smooth except ticket download using firefox (try another browser). Had to communicate with support service but reply was prompt. Handling fees are quite high, thus only 4 stars.

Avoid at all costs
I have never used Trustpilot but I am writing this to warn people about Gigsberg. It doesn’t matter how much you think you want tickets - do not buy from this site and do not trust positive reviews. I bought tickets with early entry a year before the concert and was told three days before that they would not deliver early access and were refunding me a minuscule amount which does not correlate with the value of early entry. Then they sent me one early entry and one regular entry so I can’t enter with my child. They have not apologized, offered an alternative and regularly take three to four follow ups to respond. I have used other secondary ticket platforms and had great experiences. As tempted as you may be don’t waste your time or money here - they misrepresent their tickets and treat customers poorly. I cannot say enough bad things about my experience with gigsberg.

Gigsberg was my first time experience…
Gigsberg was my first time experience buying tickets (any tickets) for concert TS in Poland and YES I received the tickets with no problems and they told me they are upgraded but in reality they was downgraded and a lot cheaper what I payed in advance for section and row. Very disappointed, I understand they are not responsible for the seller’s lies but they are responsible for their own trying to convince me otherwise. Am I going to use them again? Definitely NO but at least it was worth to see the smile on my daughter’s face.

4 valid tickets for the Eras Tour
I bought 4 tickets for the Eras Tour Taylor Swift and all of them were valid. Fees are kinda too big but the most important thing that the tickets were valid.

Fist time ordering through gigsbethe ticket was indicated as 'instant download', and I received downloaded link within a minute.
The tickets are by name and I was asked to provide id, however no problem at entrance.
