This Business lies and pretends they…

This Business lies and pretends they hand make their jewelry. This is not an Artisan and yet they sell on Etsy. They have a website that actually has employees on it and they sell on Amazon too. Etsy notes they have sold 79,000 items, Artisans can't produce hand made items in those numbers. They most likely import their pre-made supplies from another country. They claim to be Canadian however a lot of sellers do and literally ship from China. If you are waiting for a refund you will have to escalate to get it. Just another lying seller online.
