I bought tongat Ali and it is amazing
They dont listen to customer and mess order up. Also after package was sent back they didnt issued money back. Disaster!
Date provided is the date order was placed (Black Friday). Ordered multivitamins (used daily since order arrived), electrolyte, creatine and a preworkout.
First, order arrived fast and promptly, even considering that Black Friday is very taxing on delivery services, very pleased.
Second, multivitamins are suggested 4 capsules per day, but I only use 2, and they are much better than the brand I previously used, so I ordered an additional bottle of them. I also sampled the electrolytes from God's Rage, again, very pleased, but since I had few workouts that required it, I still have a lot of it, which is excellent as I'm sure it will come in handy in this new year. For the God's Rage Odin creapure, and Fenrir preworkout, I have yet to crack them open and sample, since my previous supplements have a few scoops left, but I'm assuming good results are to be anticipated, given other products in the range.
Finally, the Inlead hamburger sauce is a great addition to your burgers (mine are homemade), be it beef or chicken patty, highly suggested purchase.

I bought the Dairy Whey Strawberry Crema. I just started brand new with sports and my colleague was so kind to recommend the product. I'm very happy because finally I reached my protein goal.
The taste is very fine and it is easy to integrate into e.g breakfast. I will also recommend it to my elder daughter who is very much into sport and facing the same problems.

We got charged €6.50 for a 4km delivery. The first man we spoke to was getting really irritated and came off the phone shouting passing it to the other girl to get our address.
Chips weren't fresh/hot and 'Southern fired' chicken was just breaded not any Southern fried spice.
I was so excited about gluten free pizza - it was €16 and like a brick - like a crisp to bite. Was the exact same as the bases from musgraves.
Crazy overpriced for what we got! I just feel GF people should know because it was very very poor so don't get excited about the GF pizza 😅
Repeatedly sending an order with incorrect recipient information. They don't want to return the money or the order, the customer service is terribly unprofessional and rude. I'm still waiting after a month or an answer or a refund

Gigas have always shipped my product on time, and always had it in 3-7 days. had 1 mishap where one product were considered illegal to Norwegian law and that was the free sample they normally send. but they sent it again free of charge and removed the free sample. and i got my products a few days afterwards.

I'm very happy to buy on gigas.com , I repute it a respectable shop , so I advise it widely.
I e-mailed Gigas Nutrition around 2 weeks ago in regards to an enquiry about one of their protein supplements and I received a reply within the next business day. Afterwards, I ordered the protein supplement, but then, I happened to realise that I checked out from their website, without knowing that I unintentionally forgot to add an additional item to my shopping cart. Furthermore, I had another e-mail sent in asking them as to whether it may be possible to shell out the extra funds and in return, have a refund on the new shipping fees which have been incurred, as a result.
Moreover, a week passed and I still didn't get to hear anything from them, so I thought to myself, "Why not give them a call and see what might be going wrong?" Obviously, without any hesitation whatsoever, I sealed my chance and got in touch with one of their customer services reps by phone; explaining my situation, that is, disregarding my e-mails over the course of the past week and so forth and of course, the reason as to why my order hasn't been shipped yet. To my surprise, their customer service is based in Holland, meaning the person who I got in contact with, is Dutch; when in reality, the Customer Service Rep who I got in touch with by e-mail at first sight, is German... (the irony!) He then broke a bombshell in saying, "Since your billing address varies from your delivery address, we haven't been able to process your order. "Have your passport scanned to us, so that we can have it verified." I, of course, was left startled after he broke the news to me since I have been waiting for a reply for so long!
Mind you, I'm not implying that they have no right, as far as having my identity questioned due to the differences in my billing and delivery addresses, respectively. However, they could've got in touch with me and had the issue resolved within a split second!
Moving on, I had my passport sent over to them as a means of an indentification check a few minutes later. Thankfully, I received a reply from them the following day, albeit asking me about the delivery address, when it was already provided once I placed my order. Anyway, I provided them with my delivery address once again, thinking that my parcel may finally be on the cards, and so, I waited for another few days before sending them another e-mail. Fast forward to today (Monday), I asked them to provide a status update for my order, or I will be resorting to my bank and a demand a refund.
Long story short; a few hours later, they nonchalantly had my refund request approved to prove that they might have a bit of 'dignity' left in them. This goes to show that they're inept and more importantly, their impudent behaviour couldn't be tolerated whatsoever.
Avoid them at all costs!
