I called GigaParts to get the status on…
I called GigaParts to get the status on a special order that I had made. Sue S helped me and she was able to ascertain all the information I was looking for in just moments. I also learned from her about another product that was very interesting to me. Her ham radio knowledge was excelent. On my next order from GigaParts I'll be sure to look for Sue S to help me out!

Go elsewhere for ham radio needs.
Ordered a microphone for my HT and the PTT didn't work when received. They were happy to have me return it as long as I paid the shipping. Not worth it for a low dollar item. It will take my business to DX Engineering.
