Ordered a mouse and desk mat. Print should have been the exact same design but the colours didn’t match. Customer service is very hard to contact, only managed it through the ‘Shop’ app. They are refusing to refund as ‘it is a manufacturing error’ which is apparently expected. If that’s not a fair reason for a refund then I don’t know what is because the design is 50% of the point of the product.
