Happy Consumer

Got the tires I wanted for a good price, and they arrived within 2 days, all in excellent condition, and to the correct address--my mechanic's shop! Happy, happy!

Excellent experience

Excellent experience. Tires arrived quickly and as described. Installer handled everything as it was described. Last set of tires were $2400 installed - this set $880 installed. Now they might not be Goodyear brand but they have good reviews and with that cost savings I couldn’t pass it up. Will buy from Giga again in the future.

This has been the worst experience…

This has been the worst experience having ever during tire replacement. I ordered these tires which took over a week to receive, did include one defective tire. I used a referred tire installation location near me, which could not install one of the tires due to a manufacturer defect. It has been well over a month, giga tires was unable to work with their installed local dealer for an exchange and installation. I therefore had to look outside to Costco for replacement of that one tire which was defective. After speaking to several agents at giga tires, they promised me a reimbursement for a tire.. which never came! I am currently in a customer complaint with this distributor. Beware of buying bad merchandise and service departments not wanting to work with them due to previous poor experiences. My customer service with giga and the local tire company was horrible! I am still out the loss of a tire of over $300.
