Item was delivered to wrong house
Item was delivered to wrong house. Photo was of a completely different house and not of a house nearby. I called but was told I had to deal with Royal Mail. I called royal mail who said it was delivered to the correct house but the photo is not the house. So no item delivered and this was for a surprise 70th birthday party. I ordered well in time, but lady didnt get her present.

Your order was dispatched on time via the delivery service selected at checkout, and it's incredibly frustrating when things go wrong after it's handed over to the courier. Unfortunately, once the parcel is with Royal Mail, we don’t have control over the final delivery, but we completely understand how disappointing this situation must be, especially as the gift was meant for such a special occasion.
We recommend following up with your local delivery office directly, as they may be able to provide more specific information about where the parcel was delivered. The delivery photo clearly doesn't match your address, and we understand how confusing and upsetting that is.
Please feel free to reach back out to us with any updates or further help you might need, we want to support you as best we can in resolving this. Again, we're truly sorry that the gift didn’t arrive as intended.

Just received bottle opener, a present for my hubby's birthday. Saw Gifts in a Jiffy on This Morning, they were doing an item on personalised Fathers Day gifts, and I thought they look cool, so looked them up. A little gem of a company!
Found completely by chance, but the gifts looked interesting, unique and good value.
I ordered a number of personalised golf shoe bags, they were delivered in excellent condition just a few days later and surpassed my expectation in terms of value for money.
Communication was good as well. Will certainly be using again when I next need that niche little gift that needs to be unique to the recipient.
