I highly recommend Giftsin24 because of their beautiful products and their exemplary customer service. There was a problem with my order which they corrected immediately and graciously. You cannot go wrong with Giftsin24.

This company claims to do customized products with a 24-hour turnaround and I took that at face value, assuming they would produce the product in 24 hours and then ship it. I ordered custom napkins and then was given options about shipping. I selected the quickest shipping option which was extremely expensive but would provide next day delivery, put my billing information in and completed the order. A confirmation popped up and, in the confirmation, it said the delivery date was a week and two days away, meaning I would not receive the napkins until after the event was over.

I immediately (less than a minute) called the company to cancel the order. Irene took the call and told me the order could not be cancelled because it was already in production. I explained that couldn't be possible as it had been approximately one minute since I had sent the order through their website. She said their policy was that the order could not be cancelled for any reason.

I call her back a couple of minutes later and asked, since they would not cancel the order, to please just send the useless napkins by regular mail so I was not paying nearly $200 dollars for next day delivery. Again, she refused, saying their policy is to make no changes to an order once it was received. I asked her if she really thought this was a fair response and her answer was "It's our policy".
