GIFTSBITE stole money from me

GIFTSBITE stole money from me. I placed an order with them after I read they were a legitimate business. They immediately charged my account. Two weeks later I was informed they did not have the item I wanted so I asked for a refund. They agreed and said it would take up to two weeks for a credit to show up on my account. I did not get the credit and now they do not respond to my repeated inquiries. I love supporting small businesses but this has taught to no longer do business with any small business unless people close to me have had success interactions and can assure me the company is truly legit. Shame on you GiftsBite.
