Family meal experience ruined

A family of 5 who don’t get out often together visited the Ivy Dawson Street.
Waited 10 mins to be seated.
Placed a very simple order of 4 Burgers and 1 fish and chips.
3 Burgers arrived and our fish and chips. The totally inept waiter had messed up the order. Our son had to wait 10/15 mins for his order to arrive.
Our family meal ruined.
Dessert menus offered and flung at us.
Desserts arrived minus the spoons.
Not sure if your restaurant is The Ivy or Faulty Towers.
One thing was for sure our waiter was a
a cross between Mr Bean and Basil Faulty.
An experience I will not be repeating.

Gift voucher scam

Real company, but their gift vouchers are a bit of a scam - you have to read the terms and conditions very carefully, as the gift voucher must be used all in one transaction.
