These people are ripoffs

These people are ripoffs. I've used them two times. They've taken my money and have not sent the gift card to the person I requested they send it to. Customer service was non-existent. Their argumentative and told me they had delivered the product which they had not. I had to have American Express resolve the issue for me. Don't ever use these people they are horrible.

Scam!

My order never arrived; it said on the way for weeks after the expected delivery date. Eventually I contacted and decided on a replacement vs a refund. Now when I check on my order status in the app, it says I have no orders! It had been over a month of this headache. Do not order from here!

Terrible customer service and…

Terrible customer service and experience overall. Wished I’ve looked them up online prior. Ordered a personalized backpack for a birthday present, paid expedited delivery with an arrive by date, but parcel got delayed. Apparently they use UPS Mail Innovations which doesn’t allow any upgrade or pick up options. Called customer service and nothing can be done. Will not order anything from here again!

I wish I had looked them up

I wish I had looked them up. I was immediately issued a bunk tracking number. After a couple weeks of nothing, I sent an email. It was answered 3 days later with a simple "your package should arrive this weekend or next week", which is, of course, a generic response. I asked for a legit tracking number with no response as of yet. They prey on sentiment advertising these "Father/Daughter" type keepsakes, then scam people. Shame on you. Shame.

SCAMMERS!!!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. I ORDERED AN ITEM 2 WEEKS AGO AND IT HASN'T ARRIVED. I CHECKED THE TRACKING AND THERES NO UPDATE SINCE 31ST OCT. THEIR TEL NUMBER DOESNT WORK AND THEIR FB AND IG PAGES DON'T EXIST.

Terrible!!

Terrible!!! Order was never received. Spoke with Molly in customer service, she was incredibly RUDE! She couldn’t even find the order, other than to say it shows delivered.

Ordered a gift and it got lost

Ordered a gift and it got lost. Gifts.com did not offer to refund original order shipping. Didn't seem to care my dad never got his Father's Day gift. Very poor customer service and slow shipping.

I ordered this 2021 Hari Raya cookies…

I ordered this 2021 Hari Raya cookies Gift set for RM85, but Giftr.com.my did not deliver this set in this black paperbag with Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Giftr.com.my delivered with just a plain white paperbag with no Selamat Hari Raya wordings on it. This is not what they advertised in their website. Very disappointing!
I suggest this Giftr.com.my advertise their goods as shown in their picture and as they will deliver them to your customers. Do not advertise nice pictures to impress buyers, but deliver goods which are not the pictures on your websites. Giftr.com.my is not trustworthy!

20.05.2021 Update.
Giftr. apologised for their mistake and gave a jar of cookies as a token of their apologies, which is fair and justified. Let's hope this will not happen anymore in future.

Looks like I’m not the only one…

Looks like I’m not the only one disappointed with this company! Have never revived my item- of course they have my money. Have never received tracking updates. Was hung up on three times. Wow- they should get zero stars.

Simply didn't process my order

Ordered a gift for my sister's birthday. Never arrived. I was tracking the order on their site and it kept saying the delivery date was Jul 23 - and so I kept waiting. Come July 24, I write to them asking why the gift was delayed and they tell me they simply cancelled the order!
They claim they emailed me for details on customization on July 13 (which I'd already provided when I ordered). I went back and looked in all trash/spam/junk folders for their email - none! They refunded me the money - but only after I complained that the gift wasn't received. If they'd cancelled the order already, wouldn't they have processed the refund already and updated the order information on their website?
Overall, I think somebody over there screwed up, and they don't want to admit it. Disappointing experience overall. If they'd at least admitted their error - I wouldn't have written them a 1-star review. They should start by being honest and admitting their errors.

Hard Pass

This was my first and last purchase on Gifts.com

I ordered a customized coffee mug In early June. I received a shipment notification on June 26. It is now July 9 and I still do not have my item, which is part of a birthday gift I have been planning on giving my friend tomorrow.

I paid and expected this item to be shipped via UPS. All the way. We experience multiple issues with our local USPS, therefore I never order anything through that shipping method. Unfortunately, Gifts.com does not inform you that your order will take an epic journey through our great nation, rather than just going from Point A to Point B. This company says they are based in California, which would have made this shipment super easy, as I am in Nevada. Instead, it was shipped from a facility in Illinois, then sent to California, and THEN back-tracked to Nevada. Tracking it, I see it was delivered to the post office on July 6 at 11:00am, and there it sits, apparently. Post office gives me a delivery date of today, however this date has changed 3 times THIS WEEK. First it was Monday, then Tuesday, now today.

Gifts.com will assuredly tell you that they aren't responsible for the item once it leaves them, which is crap. They are well aware these shipments are pawned off to USPS, and they know full-well shipments are heavily delayed this way. Choosing to put their customers through this, and willingly participating in 3rd party delivery methods, is idiotic. I should not feel stressed out over a stupid coffee mug. In my opinion, it is the job of the originating shipper to ensure shipments reach their destinations in a timely manner. And, now, since USPS has their grubby little hands all over this, I am worried the mug will be broken when (or if), it ever gets to me. Seeing as our mail carrier could not care less about providing decent service (they shove mail and boxes all into our mailbox, constantly damaging our mail/deliveries), I am fully expecting to open a box of porcelain dust. Even if the mug isn't broken, if there is any other issue with it, I'm stuck with it now since it'd be too late to fix it. And, since I don't hate myself, I won't even attempt a return or exchange with this business.

Equally irritating are all of the emails they pummel you with, yet there isn't an 'unsubscribe' option on any of them. I've looked. A lot. So, I had to add them as an email to block, through gmail. Stupid!

Shame on you, Gifts.com, for copping out on customer service. Shame on you for refusing to offer multiple shipping options. I ordered this a month in advance to avoid exactly this type of situation, yet here we are anyway! :( Had I known, I would have stayed with my original order from England. Afraid international shipping would be an issue, I chose Gifts.com. Dumb, dumb, dumb.

This whole experience has ended up being anything but a gift. I don't even care about this gift anymore, which is a shame because I was excited about it. This shipping debacle has soured everything. Do not give this subpar company a penny of your money.

Dreadful service - hoepfulyl I'll get my money back .....

I live in the UK and ordered a wooden house name sign for my brother-in-law's 30th wedding anniversary (over $100 with speedy delivery) - he and his wife live in the US. My money was taken very promptly. The sign didn't turn up on the promise date so we missed the anniversary. I contacted Gifts.com and they said they had lost the order - interesting as they seemed to still have all the details but had not contacted me!

Stupidly, I reordered the same product with the same delivery details. Three weeks later, the sign had still not been delivered - and Gifts.com had not contacted me. I emailed them again. They replied quickly to say that they could no longer supply this item and would I like a credit note or refund - again, very suspicious that they did not contact me.

I have asked for a full refund and they have emailed me to say that they've done that - let's see if it arrives in my account .......

I wish I'd read the reviews before making this purchase - I will NEVER use them again.
