I ordered 2 ‘quilted’ bags for my daughters. I tried to contact them for a delivery date—no answer at all. They arrived a week after Christmas. They are NOT quilted, they are a cheap canvas bag —the image is so blurry, you cannot tell what it is. I tried to contact them again for a refund and no answer. They are a SCAM!!! It appears they are selling still under a new name. Beware of them

I ordered a quilted bag but received one that was not quilted, just a plastic printed one. I emailed customer services but never received a reply. They have £20 of my money for a very inferior product. Can't find a phone number to call. I feel ripped off.
Ordered x3 "quilted" totes for Christmas gifts on 11/21/25. They did not arrive until today, 12/26/25 and were not quilted/3-D at all. They were just printed totes and definitely not worth the $20+ that they cost, plus shipping. Could have gotten the same quality at Big Lots for much cheaper. Very disappointed.
I don't want to give it any stars. On a scale of 1-10, it is a minus 10. My incentive to write this is a loss of $100.00. Where is the Better Business Bureau when you need them? Are they still a thing? This company should be tarred and feathered and run out of town. Out of the country. Such evil-doers I don't understand. (I'm sort of guessing at the date below.)
The products (2) were described as quilted but were just a printed fabric and we were very disappointed with the quality as they were bought for presents.

Buyers beware! This shop is a scam. You will only receive a cheap nylon bag with no quilting whatsoever. The patterns are all printed, and the quality is even worse than what you'd find in a roadside dollar store.😡
