Every bit of research I have done on this businuess and app had shown that it is simply another gift card scam where they claim to convert gift cards to money and crypto. Instead they will drain your gift cards funds or appear to do just enough to look legit but they are scammers and need to be stopped.
such a pathetic unprofessional these people are. As they are holding my withdrawal for triple the time they had claimed in their FAQS. So beware guys.. huge scam for those who believe in their truthful
they stopped withdrawals for over a month. seem to be insolvent. don't trust them with your money
I'm no one to stop anyone from using the services of "giftpay.io" or "giftpay.me" (both are same) --- but my personal experience with this company is:
1. When I had $100 USD in my account they processed my withdrawal within 2 days
2. Now, I have over $1,100 USD and I'm trying to get my funds since April,2021 but no result.
Earlier when I contacted them about my withdrawal, they replied that, they usually process withdrawal request within 2 days depending on the amount and credit history. Now they have stopped replying to my emails completely.
For me, they are nothing but fraud and not in serious business at all. They could earn a lot more than just $1,100 USD from me (as commission) but they proved that they are road-side beggars who can't handle more.
If anyone from giftpay is reading, I'd like to mention that I'm talking about withdrawal #4362
