Easy to buy but hard as hell to use. Like many others discovered the hard way, it looks like a gift card to a specific business, but it is not. You go to use it there and discover that you must wait days or weeks to get funds to later use at said business. You also must give your banking info to this unknown third party or wait two weeks (hopefully) for a hard-to-use Mastercard to come by snail mail. Terrible for the recipient! Just use Venmo or Apple pay or such.

This company is a scam. I received a $100 gift card from work and redeemed it by choosing the option to deposit the funds into my bank account. Their website says the money should arrive within 2–3 business days, but it has been over a week and I still haven’t received anything.

I received a confirmation number and completed everything correctly. I contacted customer service multiple times, filled out their online form twice, and still got no response. Their customer service phone number only lets you leave a voicemail, and there’s no way to speak to an actual person.

Very disappointing experience. I would stay away from Giftly.

Gift recipient couldn’t use it at Blueberry’s Grill even though it said that on the front of the gift card. People at Blueberry’s Grill said Giftly is a scam. Recipients contacted Giftly and will be receiving a check in the mail but couldn’t use on their birthday. Very disappointing.
