Ok customer service they rejected my order and I can no longer buy gift cards from them.
Waste of time! They did not give me any reason and that said they used a third party service

Started off GREAT, and then? Not so good. Ordered two high value cards, almost $500 each, and then had to fight for well over a week to get them to even respond to the fact that I could NOT USE THE CARDS as they were reporting zero balances. One of their "hero's of happiness" did e-mail day one, but after that? Nothing. I left messages, I e-mailed, I threatened to call my credit card company and dispute the charge *which I did wind up having to do.

In the end, they did give my almost $1,000.00 back, but they sure took their sweet time investigating. I was able to call the company and find out myself when it was used, where it was used, etc. but they couldn't? All they had to do was keep me in the loop and I would have waited, but to say nothing, not call me back, etc?

I would stay away from high value cards. They allege they have to "investigate" so you can't purchase them right away anyway most of the time. I own a business with a credit score over 800. I had also purchased many many cards from them, so I don't know what they were "investigating" in the first place.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lost a good customer over this.

Electronic gift card purchase goes through immediately

I've purchased JCPenney gift card twice and on both occasions, it was delivered via email immediately after I placed an order and the value was correct.

Bought a batch of e-codes for a certain online music provider and most of them were bad (previously redeemed or invalid codes). They reluctantly and slowly refunded for most of them but not all. A horrible experience and they never really seemed to take responsibility for any of it. Clearly this is part of their business model and it stinks.

Tried selling to them and wasn't impressed with the slow payout. Ej giftcards is a lot better about that and accepts a lot more brands, come try us out

Requires an inordinate amount of personal information to open an account. Looks like what they are asking is in violation of law. Definite identity fraud probability.

I have been the customer for one year, I purchase at leave over 100 gift cards from them, I always receive the gift card on time in three business days, I only received two fraudulent Apple store gift cards on two separated occasions, both time they credit my loss right away. They respond web inquiry right away, I love to do business with them.

Here is a great way to save on discounted gift cards. They have wonderful deals that save our family money. Their costumer service reps. are very friendly and helpful. They are defiantly on my list of great discounted gift card companies.
