Order was delayed

Went to the munno para /playford store asked the lady if i did a click n collect how long till i pick it up. she said usually anywhere from a few mins to 30 minutes. Then she found paperwork that says 60mins so I went home and waited a hr rang back and still hadn’t shown on her system. I waited a total of 3 hrs, went back to the store asked again, told her I wanted the item for that night.
Still hadn’t shown on her system and customer service didn’t answer. she offered to ring her boss who failed to answer the phone a few times. she rang other shops to get help and even with receipt emails and order numbers, I couldn’t get my item so i rang customer service the next morning as the shop was closing and no one answering their phones i had no choice but to wait until the next day before i got ahold of customer service. they could see my order but it didn’t have a store assigned even though the receipt did. all in all, poor service and no real accountability taken

Unfortunately, we experienced a system crash over the weekend, which caused issues with order visibility and store assignment in our system. We understand how disappointing and confusing this was, especially after multiple attempts to collect your item and contact support.

While we’re glad to hear our online customer service team was eventually able to assist by allowing collection despite the order not appearing in the system, we completely acknowledge that the process fell short of your expectations.

We sincerely apologise for the lack of timely communication and the difficulties you faced at the store. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams to help ensure better support and accountability moving forward.

Thank you for your patience, and again, we're sorry for the trouble this caused.

Great place

Great friendly people and good open communication with customers

They helped me to get an item I was after within 20 mins it was ready to click and collect

And the approachable service they provided made it easier for me to ask questions
