I love everything about Giff Gaff and have been with them for years. Their online community is really helpful and they are constantly upgrading their packages so you never pay more (unlike some contracts) but every year or so, you get more! Very easy to sign up, make changes, manage account, upgrade etc. Just brilliant.

I've been with giffgaff for a long time and have always found the service to be reliable and good value for money. The plans are flexible, it's easy to manage everything through the app, and I appreciate that there are no long-term contracts. Whenever I've needed help, the support and community have been helpful. Overall, a straightforward, hassle-free mobile network that I'd happily recommend.

I think giffgaff is great value for money, an excellent customer service. However, the O2 signal they use is absolutely pathetic down here in East Devon. I regularly struggle to get any kind of signal in the areas surrounding Axminster and parts of Exeter.

Warning do not buy a phone from this company 9 month old phone samsung flip 6 kept in fantastic condition they will not repair it also on forums the phone is known it has bad screen black death.

Bought a refurbished Google Pixel 9 Pro , which was advertised as "Like new" for £420 from the UK site a month ago and the quality is beyond terrible. The microphone is buzzing and the sound quality is off , the connectivity is atrocious , the back panel is either glued inadequately or is peeling off on one side , the lights in pictures are glary and blown out , and the front facing camera is off centre on the inside somehow.

I have their unlimited sim and it’s a dream! Great value and never had an issue. Just got a refurbished iPhone 16 pro max from them today, good price, it arrived fast, and I’d paid for the “Good” level of condition but I have to say it’s pristine! Wow not a single mark on it and 100% battery too. Highly recommend them and my whole family have moved to them.

I have been on Giff Gaff for over 10 years and never had a problem, great coverage, great offers, cheapest network I have ever used. Would never change. Always responded if ever I've had a query. 🙂

Great service. Very respectful service that makes you feel that they care. Also they provide prompt and helpful information. So far, I can't fault their service.

Very poor internet/data coverage. Was with Giffgaff for almost ten years and they were great for a long time. Then a few years back in a space of a few weeks the service deteriorated markedly and never improved. Their status checker would routinely say a nearby mast wasn't working properly. Sometimes things would improve but only for a short time. I'm still in the same location and stupidly stayed with them for longer. Having just got a much better phone and discovering that their service is still awful, I left recently and am so pleased I did. Got a much cheaper deal elsewhere and a better service.

Just left giffgaff to go to EE, yes I am paying more but the signal is so much better.

I know GiffGaff is no frills and all, but wow! Terrible coverage in my area, despite the coverage checker saying I'd get good indoor/outdoor for 4G.
It was so bad I wouldn't actually be able to do anything unless I was either on WiFi, or had driven far enough to finally get some signal (only E in my area which is effectively 2G).
It was so bad I left after three days despite having spent a whole month upfront and now my coverage is so much better.
Only saved it from 1 star because the switching process was quick and easy as well as the installation process for my eSIM.

We use giffgaff for business and we request call forwarding every Friday for the weekend. The last time we did that Giffgaff were unable to switch it back even though it was requested from the same account. I haven't been receiving calls for a week now which is really frustrating so I have no choice but to switch to another provider..

I have been a client of GiffGaff for many years and it's an overdue recognition of their flawless service. Their monthly deals are great and every time I register my spare sim for holidays or for new burner phone purposes - they automatically send me a new sim. Zero effort from me - they just do all the thinking for their customer. I always keep a spare GiffGaff sim in my travel-bag in case I need reliable roaming provider and they have never disappointed me.

Always good service if ever I need to contact. No unnecessary charges

I think the value is one of the best out there and one if the best coverage ive had from a phone provider.

I thought I would give this company another try as my first experience in 2022 was not great. On purchasing an unlimited data contract for 18 month on the 22nd of June 2026, I am still waiting for my SIM card. 1 week later and the SIM card has not arrived. Trying to converse with a human is certainly a tough challenge. Is there anyone out there that can help me.
