Help app not working
Unable to log in as the password help app didn't work and my details were not recognised. Very frustrated as I wanted to change my contract. Tried to raise this but unable to add the number requested as #06# didn't work either. Rubbish help
O2 network coverage inadequate
O2 network coverage leaves a lot to be desired.
Zero customer support.
I did not receive my SIM card it was impossible to simply inform them so after hours spent trying to resolve through the system I cancelled ,there just no customer support.

Having been a Giffgaffer for several years I have always found it straightforward and easy to use. It would of course be better if you could phone someone but then that is why the costs are so reasonable and I really haven't had any problems so well done Giffgaff!

Don’t bother buying a phone from Giffgaff- no order confirmation.
Status ‘processing’ when it had been despatched then no ‘pin number’ emailed to me to be able to receive it from DPD. So they would not give it to me and took it back - might be back tomorrow- might not attitude from DPD!

I am currently transferring my number to Giffgaff and have been left completely without service for an entire week.
Because Giffgaff has no customer service phone number, you are forced to rely entirely on their online messaging system. The response times are incredibly slow and the support is poor. I have raised an official complaint, only to be told it will take 5 days before anyone will even look at it.
They can offer cheap deals, but the moment a technical issue occurs, you are completely stranded. I would not recommend them

Been without service for 5 days. I can understand them not being able to fix, but the kicker is customer services haven't responded to me and there is no number to call. Find another provider like Lyca that actually have human customer services.

Don't buy giff gaff i had 20 pound credit then I couldn't use that to top up so I had to use my card I left the 20 pound till next month then I get a message telling me I never had the credit so I got charged 40 pound in 1 month for what no signal no data when I was out cozz the 5g signal was saying e instead changing to Vodafone don't get that worst thing I done was buy a giff gaff sim keep the extra 20 quid I hope anyone seeing this will not make the mistake I made not happy one bit

I'm very satisfied with the service I get from Giffgaff. I am aware that it piggybacks on the O2 network but I sometimes get a better signal than my wife who uses O2. My feeling is, Why pay more for less?

Been a GiffGaff customer for 10 years never a problem UNTIL YOU NEED HELP then the updates are none existant!! Close tickets withiut updating you. Tried to chat online told to email. Received email back saying we don't help with issues about mobiles via email!!! Have now attempted to raise a complaint but won't be shocked if that gets closed with no update either. Please consider other companies if this is how they treat long standing customers god knows how they will treat new ones !!
