Very disappointing experience (Aberdeen)
Booked weeks in advance for my 50th birthday meal with my family. Upon arrival all looked in good order, staff friendly, etc.
Started to rapidly go downhill upon ordering. I'd so been looking forward to the lamb suya to start which you'd think 18:00 on a Friday shouldn't be an issue but it was. About 15 minutes after taking our order the waitress came back to inform they didn't have any!
I then reluctantly chose an alternative, the Nigerian goat, surely not an issue I mean it is 18:30 on a Friday. They also didn't have it!!!
Moving to mains myself and my son ordered the meat basket whilst the others opting for alternatives. After leaving feeling very disappointed in our experience the night was too get even worse as I just literally managed to get home in time before extensive diarrhoea!!! My son also suffering the same!!! The others were ok which would clearly indicate there being issue with the meat baskets.
This experience really impacted what was otherwise a great day celebrating my 50th.
Such as shame as the food was at the time of eating really rather good.
