Quite honestly, won't buy any other jigsaw puzzles but Gibsons. I love the range, some quirky some I would call old fashioned, just scenes. I particularly like the humorous dog & cat ones. Delivery is quick I had an issue with a damaged box, it was replaced quickly and I was asked to donate the damaged one to a charity which I gladly did. Telephone queries are answered quickly and politely. Very good range of sizes and availability for all ages, bought some for a local Day Centre [500 Xl] which they loved. Have been purchasing from them since 2021. Recommended.

Brilliant and super fast response to 2 puzzle pieces missing.
These things happen but the problem was sorted in just a day by replacing the whole puzzle.

Have been using this company for jigsaws for some years now. Have always found them to be fast and efficient.
On the occasions I have had to contact them I have always found their customer support to be first class and able to resolve any issue I have had.

My wife and I have recently started making jigsaws. Whatg We have found Gibson's to be among the best for 500 piece jigsaws. They are among our most enjoyable puzzles, not least the four puzzles in a box sets which work ouf at little over £5 a puzzle.

What is more we have, on a couple of occasions, contacted them about a technical issue and found them wonderfully helpful and very efficient.
