Mark Marais & Oliver Cranswick, Wade Prince, Ryan Harris - Scammed me. I have emails going back to 2021 about the dead man with the same birth date. Even Fairlottos are involved with this scam. Johan Ivanof sent me a confirmation email about winnings, but turned out to be an instruction from Mark Marais a Director and Dr in Finance. Giant Lottos lead by Mark Marais & Oliver Cranswick is a criminal and fraudulent organisation. Scamming players to gain revenue. TBC I have mails going back 3 years. Will post ASAP.

Where can one expose them
Where can one expose them? Please do not trust them when they call you, they are the biggest scammers.
GiantLottos are legitimate
GiantLottos are legitimate, I have been using them for several years already. The only problem with me and other users is that when you play the syndicates, i.e. when you buy tickets with many other users to share the costs, the wins in almost all cases are 0.01 dollars or 0.02 dollars. Since we do not know with how many other users we are sharing the wins, this leaves the impression that we may be getting scammed. To avoid these worries, I would recommend to not play the syndicates, just buy your own lottery ticket, you would be 100% certain that you are not going to share your wins with unknown others. You know the numbers that you played, and you can check the winning numbers online, even before they get posted on GiantLottos Web site.
Massive scam
This company is a massive scam. I also received the call stating that someone died (sic) and as I have the same birthday and stand to win almost R2m and I just had to pay R20000 in order to win £25.
They said it was impossible not to win but guess what I didn't. No worries they said, if I just put in a bit more then I will definitely win. We were really struggling and I was desperate so took out multiple loans and their promises kept coming with no results.
Needless to say I have now R50000 in loans and they just stopped calling or answering my emails
This a disgusting how they are ripping people off in SA. Never trust someone with 2 first names as they obviously do not exist. This is definitely full on fraud and someone should sue.

Garen
SCAM - avoid and stay away
AVOID this company - take your money and go silent when you realized you have been lied to.
You will share the same lottery tickets with thousands of other users so you can really take a very small % of the gains.
Don't be fooled they will call you from a UK number but all bank transactions are made from South Africa - so you are getting charged more than what they told you.
Complete dishonest business and scammers !
This is a scam!
This is a scam!
Sadly I fell for it and lost close to £1,000.
Shame on me and this company!!
Stay away, please..
Email received from them.
Disgusting animals!!

I really don't understand all the bad…
I really don't understand all the bad reviews. Never had a single issue with this company,or maybe just 1 when I was locked out of my account and it was resolved quickly.any wins allways paid into account. I can only conclude that the negative reviews are posted by bad losers and scammers opening multiple accounts to defraud. Probably the best lottery site out there. Very generous with there freebees. Although I feel sorry for those who dont get any winnings. They do offer advisorory assistance so maybe this is something to consider. I personally use Richard who has advised me to put at risk more than 275 000.00 CAD with him, and can not complain of one single issue. My returned have exceeded this amount 10 fold.
The point I want to bring, is that for an experienced bettor like me, this place feels very good. They have never missed a beat on my multiple payout requests, and Richard has taken me out of trouble a few times by allowing me to cash out. Happy gambling, Matt
Read their terms and conditions section 5.1
I purchased one PowerBall proxy service from their website and won a few bucks which was credited properly. Therefore I can suggest it's not a direct scam; however, their operations are extremely shady if you take a few minutes to look into it under the surface.
I have not had any scam calls about a deceased person, but I also never opt in for syndicate plays as others have. My experience hasn't been as terrible as other reviewers but I do not trust the site for these key reasons:
1. Their site terms and conditions state: "We do not accept customers from the USA, Australia, South Africa, Russia or any other territories we may deem, on advice, to be unsuitable for our service model." yet, their site is full of obviously-fake reviews with players who identify from those very same banned regions, such as players allegedly from Australia grateful to be spending their Euros LOL.
2. The trusted certificates listed at the bottom of their site trace back to external sources registered to the same postal code. It looks as though they created fake external review webpages for themselves.
3. Their terms and conditions state "5.1 In the event of any player being engaged in any kind of fraudulent behaviour (in GIANTLOTTOS’S reasonable opinion) in relation to these Conditions, any tickets purchased on behalf of the player by GIANTLOTTOS will be the sole property of GIANTLOTTOS and any lottery winnings shall also be the sole property of GIANTLOTTOS. GIANTLOTTOS reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities of any such fraudulent behaviour."
This self-entitlement grants the service provider rights to all winnings as per their own "reasonable opinion" at any time.
4. The service provider doesn't appear to have any regulatory oversight or gaming licenses from any valid jurisdictions.
5. One of their affiliate review websites (Lotto Exposed) lists this statement in the terms of use section: "We do not review, approve, monitor, endorse, warrant, or make any representation with respect to such websites." Yet, the sole purpose of that website is to showcase reviews and highly endorse Giantlottos.
My conclusion is that I tried it once, won a few bucks and will never go near it again. Their business model is way too sleazy even if it's not a direct scam.
This is a HUGE Scam ~ BE WARNED
This is a HUGE Scam - BE WARNED - I provided a contact number based on sign up criteria, and then out of the blue was contacted by a women who asked to confirm my ID then I was suddenly passed onto a man - attempting to upsell me...I recorded the conversation and I strongly suggest you do, as you may need it for you solicitor - The company profile has changed hands a number of times from South Africa to Cyprus - yet calls from the UK telephone number +44 1902 953072 (a simple search on this number is enough to be warned!)
Huge scam
Huge scam! They steal your money and when you demand that they return it, they go silent.
Avoid at all costs! I've reported them to Trading Standards
Giant lotto Scam
Giant lotto Scam - like most on here I’m getting regular calls from Jacque Louw and others claiming someone else has won large amounts of money and we want to put this in your name - I’ve contacted giant lotto offices on three occasion's reporting this kind of scam behaviour. No one from giant lotto returned my calls so I’ve reported to the financial fraud unit. Really poor - one would expect giant lotto to be acting on this especially as others are hacking into your systems
GIANTLOTTOS SCAM
I started using GiantLottos in July 2019. One of the employees - Zac Smith contacted me, pulled me in with the syndicate strategy. I never saw big winnings, and every now and then Zac would call, and pull me in again. I then stopped playing, and some time went by.
I was then contacted by Mark Marais. He then started a story of someone in my country that had won a jackpot, but they cannot get hold of this person, but they had to pay out the money, and my profile closely resembles this persons account.
Then he said I need to have a total winnings in my account of 25GBP and that I need to pay in more money, for this to be able to happen. Many promises, many calls, many e-mails and then it just went quiet.
All of a sudden, about 3 weeks ago I get contacted by a Jacque Louw. So I had to pay in 1000GBP to apparently get a payout of over 400 000 GBP. Below e-mails from him.
" I can only imagine the anxiety this process may have caused you. So I would like to apologize for the delay hereof. We have been experiencing high withdrawal volumes these past few days which has resulted in the delay of your profile.
However I have been in direct contact with our head of department to ensure this account is prioritized. Please note within the next 24 hours you should be getting a call to run you through this entire process and options available to you.
Please keep your phone close to ensure this process is done swiftly for you. "
No one called me
Another mail from him
"I would like to apologize for the delay.
Ive been out of work but will ensure our Head of department contacts you now. "
And one more...
"I had a good weekend, trust you have too.
I have just received news that our head of department will be in direct contact with you.
There has been a high influx of withdrawals for high amounts and therefore this has been delayed. However I have been keeping pressure to ensure you are seen to quickly.
Therefore I can confirm contact should be made today. "
Somewhere in the mix I was also contacted by a Monika, mail below from her
" Trust you are well.
My name is Monika, I form part of the Giant Lotto's team.
I would like to confirm there has been some development on your profile. We have sent your account for an audit and can confirm the success thereof.
It is for this reason I would like to congratulate you!!!
Please keep a lookout within the next 24 hours for the next step of this process to be explained by one of our senior representatives.
Once again congratulations and hope you enjoy your winnings😊 "
So, if GiantLottos read this, and they rectify it, and by rectify I mean, pay back every single cent I paid to them, or pay out this so called jackpot I won, I will delete this review.
BUT until then I am going with all of this stuff to social media. They cannot play with peoples emotions, lure them in with promises of winnings and scam them out of their money.
Addresses below of the parties involved
zac, mark, jacque, monika all at giantlottos.com
Richard from Giantlottos contacted me…
Richard from Giantlottos contacted me as my account is very closely linked to a deceased winners account, after depositing the playthrough of 6k Gbp, they quoted there was some miscalculation in the playthrough amount and il have to pay 8K extra to get the winning transferred. Senior member (CAO) called after two weeks and lured with some video shots, then went hiding. Now Richard is also stopped responding.
No positive news after 2 months of chasing and Richard says CAO will do it, and CAO is missing since then. I have reached out to their CAO telephone and they say today they closed early (Everytime).
Im compelled to escalate this to DPO of UK for my account review.
I have collected quite good amount of information about them and their credibility with the claimed standards and accreditations to run this business.
I am collecting supporters from Trustpilot and other feedback sites. Give me a quick thumbs-up, so I reach out to you for further detail.
Im spoofing my identity until I get all required information of Giantlottos, I am sure they know my allegations and know my ID too and block my account. Which would spoil my endeavor.
Giantlottos Team, Resolve this.
Update: A senior member from Giantlottos contacted me and assured that by this month the issue will be sorted out. Fingers crossed.
Btw - I have escalated the issue to regional DPO's and Ethical Hacking groups.
Update 08/26: The timeline was over but very cleverly they brought additional syndicates to replicate it over next 4 to 5 months and informing that it has to get replicated.
Note: I am consistently following with them so as to get more information and publicize to wider audience.

I actually received my winnings!!!
I actually received my winnings. Thank you Richard and the team.
There was a misunderstanding on my side.
All sorted and very happy!!!
I was shocked to read how many other…
I was shocked to read how many other was caught with the unclaimed ticket crap. Beware of them, Jesse Reed, Richard Anthony, A Ricardo and lastly Katja De Waal to name a few. They will start off by telling you have to replicate a ticket by depositing a set amount and they will then allocate syndicate plays to your account. They will also tell you that you need to achieve a minimum total winnings of 25GBP to activate the withdrawal. The syndicate will win you literally a few cents with every draw. They contact you and tell you the senior managers are very impatient and you will have to act fast and they will request another deposit to initiate more plays to speed up the winnings to achieve 25GBP. If you decline their requests they will get mad, tell you that you are basically the reason it wont work out. Dont try to complain. They will eventually continue the process as if there was no spat at all. If you eventually continue and you reach the minimum withdraw amount if 25GBP they will change the entire narrative and tell you it has to be a 25GBP winning in one go from one specific lottery. And so it will continue endlessly in a loop, every-time requesting more deposits for a so-called new solution. Spare yourself a loss and rather treat your family for a day out. They are extremely persuasive so be warned. Im literally waiting for the syndicate plays to run out an will cash out whatever I can get back.
