I had to pay charges for DHL express to receive my order. Though on website it says orders over 200 to the US is free. I wouldn’t trust this website. Still waiting on order.

I bought 2 tops and pants from Gianni Kavanagh and I absolutely love their pieces. They dress very well, super confortable and the colours are vibrant. I bought them via Amazon, so my experience with shipping might be different from other reviews due to this fact.
If I can give a constructive feedback it would be for them to choose more durable material for the pieces, as the pants lasted only a couple months and riped in the inner thighs due to friction.
I would definitely buy again, though.

Nobody is replying to my mails or whats app massages - i never received my order- still waiting for a reaction from them. Very bad service.

I ordered an item from Gianni Kavanagh and my experience has been extremely disappointing. It has now been 3 months since I placed my order, and I still have not received my package.

I contacted customer service several times and was told via email that my order would be delivered “in the next few days.” However, nothing has happened since then. No delivery, no proper explanation, and no solution.

The communication feels unprofessional and very generic. I am left without my order and without a refund. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.

Great jeans, perfect size

Bought two pairs of Gianni Kavanagh jeans, and both ripped within a week of normal use. The fabric feels cheap, the stitching is weak, and overall quality is far from what you’d expect at this price point. I reached out to support, but they were completely clueless and offered no real help. Wouldn’t buy again or recommend.

I experienced a fast delivery with excellent packaging. The fabric of the jeans, tracksuits and T-shirts are of excellent quality. Ordered online, delivered three days later by express mail service, across Europe. Very good. Contacting customer service from the Kavanagh's team worked immediately via social media. A very satisfied customer. My clear personal recommendation.

I ordered some clothes there for quite high price and paid for it in advance via card.

After one week of silence and my uncertainty they finally announced, that my "order has been cancelled because payment was not authorized".

I have got my money back on my account on the same day, so at least I have my money.
