Terrible support.
I made two orders.
1st order i told them that i want to send back because i bought sth else at their shop. They advised me to don't accept the package and once it is refused at pick up they will initiate refund. One month passed and no refund. They didnt even accept it.
2nd order, i picked up. One set we left because was good, another one we shipped back according to returns form. It is one month again and they told me that they initiated refund via BLIK (payment method which is instant) but i still didnt receive the refund. So its simply a scam company. It was looking for me like this but somehow i was trigerred to order from this shitty company.

Fiorella set is stunning
The products look gorgeous and the material is very stirdy but comfortable. I will for sure look out for the new collections. I especially fell in love with the details on Fiorella set it simply looks stunning. If you are not sure what to buy get the Fiorella set for sure!!

Delivery issue resolved
Had a small delivery issue...the system marked my package as delivered but it hadn’t arrived yet. I contacted customer service and they were incredibly helpful, following up with the courier and keeping me updated. The package finally arrived and it was well worth the wait. The lingerie itself is absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Great service and great product - will definitely order again.

They helped me with sizing
I ordered the Arianna set in blue and WOW the color is even more stunning in person! I wasn’t sure about sizing and reached out to customer support. Anna was so friendly and guided me through the whole process, even suggesting the best size for me. The set arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I also washed it once to test the durability and it came out just as beautiful, with no damage to the lace or structure. It’s rare to find such quality at this price point. I’m already eyeing another set.

Terrible client service
Terrible client service. Avoid at any cost! I've been trying to return my order:GB15359291. The package was delivered on July 16th and after that it's still being processed. The only way of contact is via email, no phone number ! I've send a dozens of emails asking for status update and the only reponse I get is a copy paste message asking to provide a list of returned items which I did. You have that in return form which was in the package, in the order number:GB15359291 and I've listed that separately. To me this looks like a 100% SCAM.
If that helps my case number is: PL-GB-00010-25

Wrong product
I ordered two sets. When I opened the package, I noticed they sent wrong bra for one of the sets (it was labelled wrong from the factory). I wrote an e-mail, explaining what happened and in a few days, they apologized, sent the right one and also code for me to send the wrong bra back for free. It may have taken a little longer, but they took responsibility and fixed the problem. Otherwise I´m happy with the products, beautiful designs and good quality, it is comfortable to wear. I will be ordering again in the future :)

Terrible customer service. Never more, have no gift for anniversary… thank you.
The auto-fill of the delivery address at the pick-up point generated the wrong address, which is why it was not delivered and the company behaves arrogantly in communication. Who’s is it fault that some system on your website is not working properly? At the end, they tell me that I did not pay in advance, so how can they help me specifically? How can I, turn back the time, I will order from a reliable company and not ruin my anniversary day with my partner!

Birthdays and delievery
Sometimes the delievery process is slow, but overall i am content. The only minus is that the "free birthday gift" didn't come. Once i got in touch with client service i was given a discount code for 20€ but it's not really a free gift since the site doesn't really offer something for that price...

A very unprofessional company
A very unprofessional company. I returned two items and have tried countless times to get in touch with them, but received no response. Their website says they reply within 48 hours — completely untrue. I even checked the spam folder, and there was no message.
My complaint code is: 0022-0520.

Scam Alert – Avoid This Brand at All Costs!
Terrible experience – would give 0 stars if I could.
I ordered a product from this brand, and it didn’t fit, so I returned it. The return was delivered to them over 40 days ago, and I’m still waiting for my refund. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times—no one ever answers the phone, and they take ages to reply to emails (when they reply at all).
This is by far one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. It feels like a complete scam. I will never purchase from them again, and I strongly advise others to stay away. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

Hello, I was worried about my delivery after I saw the comments but after I received it I was amazed on how beautiful the lingerie is. The size fits perfectly ( I was thinking M or L and finally picked L and it fits perfectly). I will order in future again from the brand.
