Top tier customer service

I love the product. Period. Best tasting energy drink on the market.

Their customer service is equally excellent. Had a problem with an order and they responded fast and exceeded my expectations on a resolution. 10/10 customer service.

Great customer service

Customer Support Carlos was amazing in resolving my problem. I made 2 orders to be delivered to the same address. The delivery service delivered one but not the other. Carlos helped resolve the issue to ensure I received my items. Thank you so much for quick responses and great service!

Excellent Customer Service

I had forgotten to apply a discount code to my order and reached out to customer service in hopes it wasn’t too late to apply it. They addressed my concerns same day and proceeded to process a partial refund for my order! I have been a fan of their products for years, but this efficient handling of my inquiry just solidifies their awesomeness.

Amazing Customer Service

I had ordered from them before and LOVED the products earlier in the year. Just recently I reordered and had the package get lost, and customer service was super nice and easy to work with, even sent me a replacement package right away!

Disappointing 2025 Mystery Box(s)

2025 Mystery Box(s) we received were very disappointing. This review is for the contents of the box… not the flavors of ghost energy - we’d rate that a 5/5!

As huge Ghost energy fans we were so excited to get the notification on December 26th that we could FINALLY order the mystery box and get the popular flavors that sell out quickly or just dropped. We ordered 2 cases (within a minute of the website going live) so as to not be greedy and enjoy a variety of flavors mixed in BOTH cases.

We hoped for iced tea lemonade, bubbaliciois flavors, the new blue raspberry and Welch’s Grape Cranberry but instead got flavors that are always in stock at our local grocery store (we could have just got them there instead of paying for shipping and waiting a week to get them in the mail) AND the exact same flavors in both cases.

Not sure how everyone else’s experience was with the flavors they received but at the very least we expected 2 DIFFERENT cases instead of 2 identical ones :/

Recently I tried to login to my account but realized I forgot my password & did not have access to my email associated with my account I signed up with. I sent an email regarding this is issue & mr Carlos was the one who took care of my issue with ease. Was very pleased on how smooth & fast they were able to resolve my issue. Free Replacement of Damaged Product

Ordered the Peppermint Hot Cocoa Protein Mix and the container arrived damaged and the seal was broken. Ghost was very quick to replace the product at not cost to me. Carol was very helpful and responsive in her responses.

I had doubt, but Service won me over

I had been using this brand and recently went all in with their products after extensive research. I wasn't sure I had made the right choice, as their website seemed to focus more on marketing and "hip" factor than details and science, but the ingredients lined up and I decided they had earned enough good will from me as a customer to invest more into their products. One of their products arrived missing a scoop, which was kind of required for proper use of the product. I basically emailed them saying "Hey, what gives? I expect better" and feeling I had made the wrong choice and should of went with another brand. They promptly responded and said "Hey, you're right. We messed up, we're going to make this right" and their customer service blew me away. I now feel confident in my choice with this brand and will be a continued customer.

This Company is a disgrace

This Company is a disgrace. I ordered from them weeks before Xmas. I am still waiting for my delivery. I had to contact them a few times before they finally replied and said they were going to make a claim with their carrier. Nothing about me getting a refund. They care nothing for their customers. Take my advice and buy nothing from them. As company that doesnt respect their customers should be avoided at all costs
