Terrible Customer Services

Terrible customer service. Paid for an order on 10/11. One item was a preorder due for release 13/12. The other was not but i understood they couldn't ship both until the preorder was ready. Website advised shipping details would go out for preorder from 13/12. Waited a few days but had nothing so contacted customer services to ask if i would receive in time for xmas. Had generic answers asking me to wait 5 days. Then another 5 days. Didn't receive goods by xmas and they were ordered as an xmas present. Emailed after xmas to be told one item was shipped but the other was still in the warehouse awaiting dispatch. Emailed again to be told it was being looked into. Had no response so emailed again and 2 days later a refund showed up in my account then an email to say the item was no longer in stock. Absolutely no explanation from customer services team - rubbish emails saying sorry but they wouldn't offer any kind of compensation. They called me by the wrong name in every single email even though i told them each time it wasn’t my name. This has completely put me off shopping with them again.

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service, emails get ignored or you just receive an automated reply. We ordered well within the time frame for a Christmas delivery, they claim our order was dispatched but have ignored repeated requests for tracking to verify.
Lodging a PayPal dispute today for a refund.

Absolutely appalling.

Absolutely appalling.
Put an order down on the 10th of November hoping to be early for Christmas shopping. I had one item that was in "Pre-release" status and should be ready by the 15th of November.
Got in touch on the 10th of December (a month later) as no sign of my order being dispatched nor any reason why it wouldn't be dispatched. The "pre-sale" item in question was (and still is) available to be added to a new order so that's not what was holding my order back.
Got a vague reply that my order was being prepared on the warehouse and it'd be dispatched within the next 5 working days.
Today is the 19th of December and still nothing. I'm now waiting for my order to be "accepted" as cancelled and I'll have to think of a last minute Christmas present which is what I was avoiding in the first place.
