The shipment took long time to be fixed and parts was missing after my order was set.

Original bmw part emblem fits tight
Was carefully packed in a big box with lots of plastic( not necesarry to use that much plastic!!)
Had to pick it up myself.

Ordering is easy and I got my parts faster than expected.
The only thing is that I miss some information between ordering en receiving the parts about the status of the order or shipment.
Also the (Google) translation on the website give sometimes really weird names of the parts which make you doubting if you order de right parts.
But if you follow the exploded view of your bike and check the numbers everything is delivered like it should be.

I needed a part pronto. So I ordered it at Partsrepublik and also messaged them that I needed it quickly because I was going on a road trip soon.
The part needed to be ordered for me but they kept me in the loop and updated me every few days about the progress and possible delivery.
It was going to take up to 15 working days but in the end I received it after 10 working days.

The part was brand new and an original Honda part.

I ordered a used sprag driven gear. It's a friction part. 12 pivoting cam shaped bearings grab on to this part. You are to expect some wear indication or friction signs
The part from Ducati is almost $400 Parts Republik charged me $50 U.S. dollars. Shipping was $49. I was wondering what kind of crap they were sending me
I chatted with a customer service rep for three or four days about motorcycles this and that. But I was worried. I didn't know if my bike needed this part because I have yet to disassemble it at that time. Come to find out, I seriously needed that part, and I didn't know what kind of usage the used part was put under.
And then the part came. I cut open the box and I shat a little in my pants.
It was brand new. Immaculate. No wear. No visible signs at all.
Now truth be told. I kind of feel like I robbed "Them"
I got a quality part that exceeded any and every expectation. I also was rewarded with good customer care, from someone who understood my barbaric American English. We're straight savages over here.
