Absolutely shocking service orderd a tyre a week later told me it's not available then another week later send me a completely different size never again will use gh motorcycles

The friendly welcome meeting face to face, you taking the time with no pressure answering all my questions to help and give guidance is very much appreciated. Your integrity shone through and was a great asset that helped me decide to visit you at G H motorcycles. Then visiting you to see a professionally run business was worth travelling the long distance. Five stars seems not enough praise as I would have liked to award you ten. If I could give zero stars then I would. I ordered a Yamaha T-shirt from their website on 11th June and paid for express delivery. 10 days later the order status is "processing". I have sent emails and no response. Luckily I paid with PayPal and have got my money back. This is a scam company and I advise anyone to avoid these people.

I was looking for an Africa Twin and found that these guys had one. I spoke to Gary who was really helpful with everything and as I'm around 50 miles away most of the deal was done over the phone. On collection day I was met by more pleasant staff and shown through to Garys office. He took me out and showed me the bike and told me they'd serviced it and it was immacutely valeted for me too. As were doing the paperwork, Gavin the owner came in and said Hi and thanked me for my custom. Overall a very easy purchase from a company where is everyone is friendly and helpful. GH Motorcycles has been around for a long while and has survived where many others haven't. Based on my experience of good old fashioned customer service I can see why.
